I think it cuts off 5.30 from what other people have said so hopefully your threw before then 🤞🤞 x

debating wether to call or not as the last person I spoke to at week 13 wasn’t helpful and quite unpleasant 🥴 I’m 17 weeks and 1 day so far! The wait is frustrating can’t understand what is taking so long?

This has been such a supportive thread! But I have one more question 😂 I’ve updated uc after one huge faff and it not letting me update uc of my sons dla is the disabled element backdated? I’ve had confirmation I’m entitled to the element going forward xx

@Sockbabies hope you manage to get through. I was adamant with myself I wouldn't call til next Thursday but gave up and called today. After 1hr 20 on hold I got cut off so haven't bothered trying again. I sent extra evidence again which was delivered Tuesday. His draft ehc plan has arrived today but I'm saving that incase of MR, good luck keep us updated xx

When I applied for my son it was a three month process start to finish, something needs to be done about this ridiculous wait time.

The system is terrible!

I'm totally fed up with it all.

Does anyone know how long you wait for the back pay after being awarded please x
