@Spicegirl91 from what I’ve seen in UC groups there’s no time frame for them to do it, some people wait days and some people wait months. Apparently if you haven’t had a response in 28 days you can escalate it. X

@Rebeccanew the one today is the first person I've spoken with that sounded like I was inconveniencing him by making him do his job. I get it can be stressful, but 9am and sounding that fed up is something else.

@Kelz23 im still on hold. 2nd time ringing as got cut off after 49mins on the first call. Currently 1hr 10mins into 2nd. My youngest is making me laugh though as swaying away to the music 🤦‍♀️ least someone likes it hahaha! Xx

I sent my form at the start of September, and then a chase up letter middle of October. My phone number was on the form. I have had no texts, no letters. I can't ring, I just don't have the time. (I'm exhausted from child who needs 24/7 supervision, plus work. single parent.) I did try ringing while at work one day, but was on hold for 45 mins without an answer, and work just won't let me stay on hold that long.

I've now resent the form etc recorded delivery.

Has anyone else just heard nothing after applying?

1hr 45 mins later and still no idea 🤷‍♀️😂 started telling me it can take 16-18 weeks to go to a DM, so told him yep I’m 18 weeks today and got told it was with Case Manager on Tues when I rang. To which he said nothing else has been updated on the system so I would advise to call back end of next week although a decision could still be made today or tomorrow… guess I’m ringing back tomorrow then hahaha. I can’t wait the weekend with a chance of me finding out. Is anyone else this pedantic 😩😂 xx
