@Kelz23 yes sadly, Monday it was with a dm and would be a few days for decision and then yesterday spoke to the rudest woman on earth that basically said it takes as long as it takes, she said I would be lucky to get a decision before 20 weeks 😔. I will call again tomorrow if I haven't heard anything x

Must been the same woman that answered to me she told me check Royal Mail cause she couldn’t be bothered to check nothing! She put me off ever calling again

Similar here - we've had nothing from them since the letter, it is 20 weeks on Monday and I'm not trying to be difficult but the lack of contact is really hard

Does anyone know why some people get texts and some people don't? They've confirmed they have the right mobile number for me

Have been watching the thread since I sent off my forms as I have never done them before,
Scan date 24th July
Txts 25th Sept
16th October and x2 letters
I have never been so stressed over forms and waiting for a response in my whole life so stressful its going to be a decline son has ASD and sensory processing suffers from severe constipation since birth, have sent diagnosis report ,student passport, doctors report on medication hope its enough.

5/7 hoping for next will call Monday I think

Hi ladies! Just an update for those close to me! Ive just phoned up & asked for an update! I am now with a decision maker. I had a lovely lady who told me it can take up to 7 days so I should hear by next week hopefully! 🙏🏻 I also asked for a text with a decision, (major anxiety haha) she’s wrote it down on my notes as a request but said it isn’t mandatory which is why everyone gets a letter but only some a text. Fingers crossed for everyone waiting for a decision 🤞🏻finally at the last hurdle! 😭😂.

Hoping for loads of acceptances for you all over the next week for late June/early July! 🫶🏻

@Lollypops88 I also rang Tuesday to make sure my evidence was scanned and the guy who took my call said it was still in a holding pile! 2 days later it’s with a DM! 😌🙏🏻 so hoping yours is too lovely!!

Just a side note, don’t be afraid to keep phoning! We all get told different things by the looks of it but out of 4 people I’ve spoke too, only 1 was rude! If you’re not happy, phone again the next morning 🙏🏻. It would be nice for us to get messages once it hits the DM. Maybe then we wouldn’t be as anxious as we are! 😬

@NatalieAnn92x i hope so 🤞 im very anxious calling the last lady i had was amazing the phone she was so happy and cheery but some have been not so great u no 🌈🌈 got everything crossed for us all on this date that it comes through next week ❤️❤️❤️

@Nancy20 Our scan date was 21/7 and we got our texts the same date as yours. You will have to let me know when you hear anything

It really bugs me how any of them can be rude to people they want to sit themselves In our positions it’s a big thing that will help many of our children.
I was quite lucky that most I spoke to where nice the lady I had yesterday was amazing she was so polite she was like I can see an award was made yesterday, grab a pen and paper and I will run through it all with you, she was patient, polite and friendly.
So don’t worry about over calling ladies if your over the guidelines you call when you wish. X

@4LittleFirecrackers I can't believe your still waiting as a june scan date and they've already started the first week of July! Hopefully you won't be much longer, have you phoned them recently asking for a update!

I’ve just spoke to them. She said they’re doing 3rd/4th July dates this week. My scan date was 7/7 and isn’t with a decision maker and said another 1-2 weeks x
