So coc 24/03 after a long long 27 week rate they have just rang me and I now qualify for hrc/hrm 3 year award hang on in their guys and good luck to everyone xxxx

17 weeks today and nothing, rang and was on hold for 1.4 hrs to then be cut off!!

Hi everyone, first time posting here but I've been lurking a while.

I posted forms on 29th August and I received a letter today saying they got them in the 4th Sept.

The letter says 15 weeks but I understand its closer to 18 weeks.

That takes me to new years. Will it be even longer due to the christmas break do you think?

I’m 17 weeks tomorrow. I rang today they told me it’s still not with a DM yet, but should be by next week. Hopefully a decision is made quick for us x

@Tmxx i am hoping by the time it gets around to our dates it goes a little quicker I’m stressing on week 11 and know there’s still long to wait

Hi, I rang today. I'm 17 weeks tomorrow. The lady said that claims are passed on to a decision maker at the moment at 17 weeks so by next week mine should be with a decision maker. So hoping by Friday or week after I should have a decision. My scan date is the 2/06. Becoming very stressful wait now x

I know! Yes they received it Monday and the decision was made Tuesday, scan date was 15/05 original decision was received 07/09 started the MR process on the same day so 07/09! She's gone from zero award because apparently she didn't meet "the criteria"to LRM and HRC! Good luck I've got everything crossed for you 😁

Fingers crossed for a positive outcome for all of us. 17 weeks tomorrow and I am beyond anxious! 😭 we are being let down by LA and school atm, so I really need some positivity here x

I have been following this post in regards to my son's claim, scan date 1st June, we were awarded today! Over the moon was expecting to be waiting longer! So hopefully soon for others!

Hi I hope people get some news this week my scan dates 13th June hoping to hear soon but have a paediatric appiontment 3rd June if she gets declined like I think she might can I used the write up to this appiontment in the Mr

Reason for me thinking she won't get it is the assessment is the only evidence said she smiled was happy and not stressed and compliant (shes obcessed with drs) skimmed over the fact she doesn't sleep has physical behaviours at home and has no sence of danger it's there but not very detailed limited also Bern a decline in behavior I really thought once she had more laungage her behaviour would calm down a bit how wrong was I she still struggles with communication but can make her needs known mMore and boy do we know it 🤣 anyway that's why we have this appiontment I'm hoping for sleep clinic referal and some help with managing her behaviour better as I'm sure we make it worse 😪

Hey everyone, is the scan date when you phone to request forms? Or when they receive them back. I phone on the 5th June but sent back 26th June. Seen mixed reviews mostly that my start date is from the 26th? This is the most anxious wait ever.

My scan date is 13/06 aswell. From what I read you are saying your daughter has not been diagnosed by paediatrician. The DLA is based on needs and not diagnosis. Did you send any supporting information with application as it helps sometimes. How old is your LO one if you don’t mind me asking. I think in the form you have to put across your child has more care compare to child their own age.

Scan date is the date their recieves your application which would be in the confirmation letter they sent you few weeks after. In your case, 26/06. Atm application take up to 18 weeks
