@creeve09011990 did you manage to get though? I was on hold for 1hr 25 mins and then cut off about 5 mins ago 😩. Honestly soul destroying. I will try again tomorrow now.

oh no thats terrible :( happened to me before its devastating. no not yet - still on hold - been 54 mins so I wont hold my breath xx

@Kmum23 whats your scan date if you dont mind me asking?

Mine is the 02/06. I did initially think it was the 25/05 but then when I checked the letter again realised I had the wrong date. I just find it difficult that you wait all this time to potentially get refused and have to then challenge.

I know - esp when we are told that its going to be 15 weeks but everytime you call it goes up and up. im still waiting to get through so looking at the time I will probably be waiting until tomorrow now until i get to speak to someone :(

@Kmum23 you are the same scan date as me. I rang yesterday and was told it would be going to the DM today or tomorrow and should have a decision by the end of next week so fingers crossed, it won’t be much longer for us x

i actually got through at the last minute and she said that the my claim isn't with decision maker yet and said they are still working through the end of may but should be ready in next couple weeks.

I phoned today, it took them a few hours to even find my daughters claim and they had to call me back. They have finally found it and said they only received it Monday, when it was sent about a month ago. She said wait times for new claims are 17.5 weeks. Not so convinced about that.

@PookyBoo77 oh amazing, I hope they stick to it, the wait is painful lol. Good luck, let me know how you get on. I sent some evidence and wrote out loads of stuff in the form. Fingers crossed for all our children.

@Kmum23 I certainly will. I am going to ring back probably Monday now for another update but will you let me know if you ring before then please 😊 hoping we all get good news and soon x

We have a scan date of 25/5, making us 19 weeks on Thursday. I'm wondering if maybe they're waiting on my son's school to get back to them with more info or something....? Although the school haven't mentioned anything to me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi all 1st time posting just for some idea of my experience scan date 2/6 called yesterday spoke to a lovely lady who told me it went to a decision maker on Sunday received a text this afternoon to say my little boy qualifies but no idea of the rates just to wait for the letter which could take upto 2 weeks xx

ahh thank you for update :) im the 5th june so shouldnt be much behind you. the lady today was lovely and told me mine isnt with decision maker but hopefully by end of week with a decision in couple weeks latest! :)

Congrats on your award, I have seen quite a lot of awards for 02/06 today. Sounds like DMs are making progress, hopefully we hear 5-9th being awarded in the coming days/early next week. Has anyone with dates 05-9th June been told their with DM yet?

Hey all.

I'm new here and my first time putting a claim in. My scan date is 5/07 so 13 weeks in I think.

I've had 3 texts saying "we are still looking at ur claim" (or along those lines).

I am 24 week today in waiting just to see if my son will get mobility . Called yesterday not with Dm and most likely decision by end of month . Scan date 18/4 long wait getting stressful

I'm gonna call first thing in the morning as I've not had any texts from them. Will keep you updated. Keep your fingers crossed for us x

@almightyfroggie keeping everything crossed for you, please let me know how you get on as I won’t get to ring again now till Monday due to meetings I have at work. I think we should have a decision by the end of this week 🤞🤞x

Scan date 1st June and had back pay go into my account today no text/letter - hope you all hear soon! X

im 5th june and spoke with someone at 5pm today and mine wasnt with a decision maker yet :( hopefully soon though!! ;)
