@Sskanf I’ve been trying to get through for nearly an hour and either cut off or busy tone. Yet all the other times I’ve called, I’ve got through no problems. A long wait, but got through. Im sure this is a sign for me as I called Friday without issues and was told my claim was with a DM. 😩🙈 Gonna try again now. Xx
EDIT: Nope, just can’t get through. Keeps hanging up after options 😩

I called this morning, 17+3 today. Told it still wasn’t with a dm :( . She says it’s taking 18 weeks to reach a dm now. But I think they all tell us different things on the phone depending on who we get through to. Praying I hear back with some good news this week x

Just got off the phone my scan date is the 16/6 he said that my claim will be with the decision maker middle of next week. Hope this helps for the ones who’s waiting for June awards x

Same I'm scan date 16/06 I've not rung up yet and hope I don't have to I work school hours so I'm just arriving at work bang on 9am. I've got a day off on 16th October if I haven't heard anything by than I might call them. Fingers crossed for us all. Hopefully start seeing more June scan dates get decisions this week and next.

Yes it really does! We have the same scan date. This wait is filling me dread.

If you Google missed cost of living payment and go on the gov website it will take you to the right place x

hi all! silent follower and 1st time posting. My scan date is 5th june, last week was told 17 weeks, which is today. Im trying to call and its saying the number is incorrect :( its literally the same numbe ive been ringing of the gov website, do you think it is where the lines are so busy?

Thanks for the update - my date is 25/5 and I was starting to think we've been rejected but if you still haven't heard then obviously they're still working through a few stragglers from the end of May. It's an absolute joke of a system. The waiting is driving me crazy! Hope you hear sooner rather than later.
