It's looking like we're going to need a new thread. Good luck to everyone waiting for a decision. Our scan date is 02/11 so it could be any day now, but most likely another week or two.

I am approaching 15 weeks and I have not called once I am too nervous😭! @Beccaot was yours a new claim ?

You lose nothing by calling except your sanity, an update doesn’t hurt. It is a new claim yeah x

Is that all you write on the envelope?

When I called today and asked why I was so delayed he said because the additional info I sent didn’t have the reference number on it. So add that on the back of the envelope

@Beccaot with the extra info do you just put a covering letter with it asking for it to be added, what address did you use?

@Macariosmummy can you send it recorded delivery? I’m at nearly 14 weeks and waiting on renewal current claim doesn’t end until 14/3

@Snickerdoodles19 I have seen a few people comment that they sent their extra info recorded delivery/special delivery but I don’t know if that helped with how it took for the info to be updated on the system, the last bit of info I sent I just sent freepost and it took a week from the day I sent it to be updated on the system, also I sent a covering letter with my name, address, my sons name and ref number and just wrote what I had included in the envelope x

@Macariosmummy thank you, it’s just that it takes longer to get there freepost but the next day with recorded and there’s only 4 weeks left of current claim so I want it to get there in time.

@Macariosmummy did you get paper confirmation that it had been received or did you just call?

@Snickerdoodles19 i would probably send it recorded delivery then you know it will be received in time, I just called them to confirm the info had been updated x
