It's looking like we're going to need a new thread. Good luck to everyone waiting for a decision. Our scan date is 02/11 so it could be any day now, but most likely another week or two.

Yes I think they upload so many on to a dm computer and then that dm has so long to action the claims. If that dm has a weeks holiday or is off sick for a few days then your claim will just sit there. So they give the two week wait once it hits the dm.
Assuming they al work at different speeds and some are easier to award than others regarding information.

When I called she basically said it can be picked up any time now between 13 and 15 weeks. Depends where you are in that pile I guess!

Mines 13 weeks tomorrow but renewal so I doubt it will get looked at until a week or so before

I’ve been following this thread and it’s kept me going my scan date was the 02/01 and I rang up this morning; my daughter was awarded on Monday didn’t get a text and haven’t received letter or payment yet but the lady was ever so helpful so hopefully you all hear soon x

I’ve just rang and mine is with a decision maker, honestly I’m a mess. There’s so much more I should have said, that I didn’t. There’s not much evidence because waiting lists are so long due to covid that his only been seen 2-3 times. I’ve had telephone calls but obviously no record. I just got a special aid pram for him but obviously didn’t put that on for him. I’ve done it all wrong. I’m sorry for the rant, I’m just having a meltdown with no one to meltdown to lol.

Got through. It's waiting on a bloody management check! Apparently random cases get selected. Can't confirm if it's finalised until this check is completed. Asked how long, depends on when the manager is in! Getting so fed up now, it's one excuse after another 🙄

I was just thinking the same thing! I don’t mind waiting because it has to be done but the goalpost moving constantly further away is frustrating! We’re 12 weeks 3 days. Good luck.

I got long as well my scan date is 28 November this week is my 10 weeks got left start on Monday 6 or 7 weeks

14 weeks and 1 day for me now I rang on Monday and still wasn’t with a decision maker going to call again tomorrow see if it has moved anywhere because I’m getting so anxious now just want this process over with

Same 31st October, applied for my twins at the same time. One was already awarded , even received payment. My daughters file still with dm since last week 😣

It does seem quiet in terms of awards today doesn't it. Feels like it gets further away rather than closer.

About to reach week 17 and in the DMs queue that’s the only update I have. She was rude on the phone she was like “well a lot of the DMs take off half term so you won’t hear this side of half term” fed up is an understatement now. And call back after the 24th for an update.
