It's looking like we're going to need a new thread. Good luck to everyone waiting for a decision. Our scan date is 02/11 so it could be any day now, but most likely another week or two.

Congratulations all of you who’ve been awarded recently. It’s consuming me now and I’ve still got a couple of weeks at least (week 11 for us)

14 and abut weeks for me and still not with DM

on hold now… 17/10. Heard last week asking for additional information which I already had sent. Hopefully get a bit more of an update today.

Just got through after over an hour nov 3 scan date and still not with a dm and she said 15 to 16 weeks I can’t cope with this wait anymore I am in 14 weeks and now could be another two weeks

I’m nov 4 and got told the same yesterday another 2 weeks yet I’m seeing on Facebook people with the same date getting award texts today it doesn’t make sense to me really struggling with the wait now!

Mine 31 October was told yesterday could be another 2 weeks they are going to text when they have reached a decision.

Ok so I just called they’re not running 17 weeks for any new claims. She said it all depends on your decision maker. She said they could be off on holiday or sick so it just spends i am at 16 weeks I’m in the DM queue. And I’m still looking at another 2 weeks. So if not heard anything by the 23rd of Feb to call back and escalate it. So even when it’s with a DM it’s still 1-3 weeks from there

Hi everyone, been following this thread for ages! I dont think all the scan dates matter, ive just called to see if they got the extra evidence i sent in a couple of weeks ago, making sure it was on the system and my claim for my son, is with a DM, has been since yesterday! My scan date is 23/11. New claim not a renewal x

I did reqest the forms on 2nd october though, maybe that has some factor? No idea why it was scanned so late, considering I sent it back the second week of October. I think it might depend on the Decision Makers workload?

Hello, my scan date is the 24th of November. I received the we are still looking at your claim text last week.

Also there is a women Ive just speaking to on the facebook group, her scan date was December and is with a decision maker also. New claim not a renewal. x

Im scan date 28th also and got that txt yesterday. Fingers crossed we hear soon

I just called (scan date 14/11) and the lady said it won't be with a decision make until the end of the month and if I'm awarded I won't receive it until march.
The man I spoke to last week said I would have the decision within 2 weeks. Very frustrating!

I honestly dont think they know and making it up as they go along. Mines with a DM and my scan date is 23rd November... I honestly think it depends on which pile your claim gets assigned to.

Well I had to ring to give extra info and after yesterday them. Saying 16 weeks it was a total lie mine is with a DM as of this morning. Will be 14 weeks Friday as scan date is 04/11 so don't always listen to the long wait times as I think they just say it to stop you ringing

@lillysmammy yes I think you're right, definitely just depends on who you get! I'm just going to wait now. No point calling as you're given a different story every time depending on who you speak to 🤦🏼‍♀️
