DLA Wait Times Part 8 (2023)

It's looking like we're going to need a new thread. Good luck to everyone waiting for a decision. Our scan date is 02/11 so it could be any day now, but most likely another week or two.

last couple of times i called the people were lovely. This one just seemed very rude and sharp lol

I promised myself that I would not think about it now for at least another 2 weeks ....and here is me, reading all the posts on here , following all the posts on fb to see if people with similar dates to me are being awarded etc
Still checking my phone and waiting on the post man... its horrible isn't it.

This week is my 11 weeks waiting but will wait three more weeks before i start calling them

Same. Think I just need to accept the fact that I'm going to be a headcase until the decision comes.

I rang at week 8 and was told they dont even go upto dm till week 14 hoping it dont take that long but fingers crossed for everyone 😊

Just to put people's mind at ease I rang last Monday as it was 13 weeks she said wasn't with a dm but would I like to recieve a text when desicion has been made I said yes i got the text of award on the Thursday so just over 13 weeks good luck everyone x

@Rainbow1600 thats really reassuring, a 16 week wait would be horrid.

My scan date is 28 November

Still haven’t made one.. however I’m calling too see if there is one I’m getting impatient lol

Scan date 17/11 going to give them a ring today see if any updates when I called two weeks ago said was waiting for Dm to pick it up

i think this is the worst bit waiting for the DM to say your being rewarded or not.
i will call every morning if needed

Has anyone been awarded with sending just autism diagnosis paper CAB did my daughters form we did apply two urs ago before she was diagnosed but was refused then did MR an was still refused so left it till she was diagnosed which was September last yr

Just rang up again, took 25 mins to get through. Twin 2 also awarded MRC from a scan date of 1st November
