DLA Wait times 2022 Part 4

Thought I'd continue the thread as it had reached its limit.

My application will be awhile before any response but scanned 5 July and nothing yet.

I've just rang them and was informed my claim will be another 2 to 3 weeks for a decision. Scan date 30th June x

I’m not ringing no more. They have told me now they are working with upto 9th of June. I said I was told that date last Thursday, she said this is the date what was updated onto the system on Monday and hasn’t changed. Do they just make it up 🤦🏽‍♀️

Question if anyone knows: received renewal paperwork for DD's DLA. Usually fill it in online but the 'renewal' paperwork is different from the online paperwork. Does it matter which I fill in?

Still waiting here, scan date 21st June. Actually too scared to ring them but may pluck up the courage this week as it will be the 12 week mark.

I spoke to a lovely lady on Friday and she said my claim should at least be with a dm by this Friday. My date is 23rd June

i have no hope for mine. Scan date 15th June. Was told Friday not even with CM never mind DM 🤦🏽‍♀️.. might give them a ring tomorrow as the dates they work with are updated on a Monday x

I spoke to someone Thursday about sending further information in and asked if I'd still have time (scan date 28 july) and she said it will be about 12 - 12.5 weeks from the date they received the forms back . Hope this helps . 😊

@Lynseyb91 i had a txt message friday evening to say they have decided my child qualifies for dla. Im going to ring 2moro to see what hes bin awarded. Hopefuly u will hear this week xx

Oh have you rang before? I rang Friday morning and told me still working with the 9th she was quite rude I was told few days earlier was working up until the 16th of June by the Friday. She said mine wasn’t even allocated to anyone X

@Lynseyb91 i rang the week before and the lady told me that it hadnt bin assigned to a dm and to wait another 2 weeks at least. but in a matter of 7 days it had bin to a dm and awarded xx

Jumping on. my scam date is the 21st of June. Feeling really drained with the whole thing. Will be in week 12 on Tuesday. I was going to ring tomorrow but looking at these comments it seems there a few more weeks left still. Wishing you all good luck

I would still ring, some have had payments from 30th June scan date, I think it just depends who your claim ends up with. Seems mine is lost in a pile x

That's so backward isn't it haha. It's such a horrible wait. I spoke to someone a couple week back at week 10 and she said they were dealing with claim's from the 9th June . She said for some reason they have had a huge increase of applications. I will ring Tomorrow and see where it's at although I don't hold much hope 😂😂x
