DLA Wait times 2022 Part 4

Thought I'd continue the thread as it had reached its limit.

My application will be awhile before any response but scanned 5 July and nothing yet.

I'm fairly certain med and high care get the higher amount of 400+

I could be wrong, read so much the past few months it's a blur

Amazing so many more happy results, fingers crossed those still waiting for decisions they come soon

Been following for a while.
my scan date is 11th august called today and was advised I should have a decision in 2 weeks time if that’s any help to anyone

Will they send you a text message once they have decided?

apparently so but some people haven't had the text

I’ve been trying to find a answer even asked a man at universal credit and he didn’t know lol thank you hun

@Cass29 if i didn't call monday i would of phoned today to see if was with decision maker and what dates they are working on x

@Mkd1322 if i had the confidence i would ring but i don't i panic god knows why 🤣 if it was the 6th of june last week hopefully its our turn this week but now not hopeful with what they told@Lianney84 x

All the evidence I have sent is iep and copy of sleep medication. Anxious this isn’t enough. Been waiting for a referral from school for occupational therapist for 18 months 😞

Just had a text she qualified so happy now calling up for rates

@Malimum if you get awarded lrc or Marc you get the £132 lower disability element on UC and the £414 higher disability element if you get hrc.

Is it just me but I think it’s unfair that middle rate doesn’t have a middle element in universal credit ?? Xx

@Malimum i thought that too because it’s a big jump from £132 a month to £414

Does anyone know how to start a new thread? As I believe when it gets to page 40 it doesn’t allow you to add more posts and I don’t know how I’ll get through the next week without speaking to people in same situation as me x
