My application will be awhile before any response but scanned 5 July and nothing yet.

Guesting. If they made a decision on my claim yesterday when would money go into my bank? Xx

For some reason I'm waiting a week?? Told me they will put it in on Tuesday specifically 😂.

Would depend what time the money was sent if before 12 Friday that’s classed day 1 if after unfortunately it would be day 0 so the money would be in Wednesday xx

Also depends on bank, I know Barclays are quicker xx

I rung last week and was told my claim was refused, I’m waiting to do the MR but need the letter of them declining me to be able to proceed with it the lady said on the phone but this was Tuesday last week and I still haven’t had any letter I no it’s going to be a long process they don’t like to help speed up the process for you do they has anyone else been declined and waiting for a letter?

@Leah041196 I rang last Wednesday and was told my claim had been declined. My decision letter arrived on Saturday 24th but it was dated 17th so took exactly a week to arrive. I am now starting the MR process, I am expecting it to take months and not feeling hopeful at all. But I am determined to fight for what I feel my son deserves. Good luck to you x

Scan date 30 June there working on 28 of June this week there told me ring them by nxt Friday if i dnt hear anything back from them .

Next Friday or this Friday (30sep) ?

Can someone please tell me how you find out your 'scan date'?

It's on the letter they send you to say they've received your claim.

@Leah041196 and @MichelleG78 u can do the MR over the phone that's what I done and it took a further 14 weeks unfortunately but then I got awarded and backdated to original date

How long does the letter they send to say they've received your application generally take does anyone know?

I sent mine recorded delivery and they received it last Monday (on a bank holiday??!).

I sent mine back the end of June, I received my letter to say they had received it around mid-end July so a few weeks.

@Noneyerbuisness11234 I’m so happy for you that your MR was successful, sounds like it was definitely worth the wait! I did read that you can do it over the phone but I’m honestly so upset that I really don’t think I can face ringing up again, I’m likely to burst into tears! So I’m going to do it in writing as I have further evidence to send in too so may as well send it all together.

@MichelleG78 if u ring it's quicker but also they can give u an email address for u to send the extra evidence as u get it that's what I done took picture of it and emailed it in with child name and dob as the subject of the email x
