Thought I'd continue the thread as it had reached its limit. My application will be awhile before any response but scanned 5 July and nothing yet.

Yes 23rd June I'm praying it's not turned down and that's y she wouldn't say that it is the system it's ridiculous iv sent in creche reports speach and language reports and iep and referral for child psychologist as well as referral for the cdc if they turn him down I'll cry fs

I have just got off the phone after being told my son is not entitled to DLA after a 13 week wait and after claiming for him for 6 years up until this point! I am absolutely devastated and am going to appeal all the way! I could literally cry!

@Girlmum25 this is awesome I’ve just come off the phone to them aswell they got me in tears my son has been awarded high rate care and low mobility I’m so happy. How long does payment come through

Well I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting to get through. Its being looked at TWO DAYS BEFORE its due to expire! Personally I think that's disgusting! Scan date beginning of June and his current award expires 30th September.

I'm thinking is it coz I'm Northern Ireland they won't tell me on the fone iv been told before that they arnt aloud to tell ya on the fone here it's a different fone number to that of England Scotland or wales that iv to ring anyone else found this x

I tried to get through a couple of times at work but signal so bad it kept cutting off.. got home was on hold for 20 mins then he said the call was put through to the wrong department.. just trying again now! Going off the struggle trying to get through im not holding out for good news 🙄

Scan date was 12th July. Received a letter on the 27th july to say we were not entitled for either child. Sent in a mandatory reconsideration on the same day.
20th September money received into bank! Called them up and they said one of my children has been given HRC and LRM for 2 years!! Beyond happy!
My other child’s claim is with the decision maker.

@2under2and1more I’m really happy for you! Can you please give me any advice on what extra evidence etc I need to send for mandatory reconsideration? Found out today after 13 weeks waiting that they have declined my sons late renewal claim, even though I’ve been claiming for him for 6 years previous to this!

Still with a decision maker… arrrgh! Said it could be today or it can take up to 2 weeks for them to make a decision. Losing the will to live.

@Sarahjlk aw no!!;! Hopefully they do it today. Yesterday mine had not been looked at either and today it's been awarded so it can be done quite quickly xx
