Thought I'd continue the thread as it had reached its limit.

My application will be awhile before any response but scanned 5 July and nothing yet.

@Lynseyb91 Id like to hope I'm lucky and it's been looked at today or tomorrow (are they open on a sat) and that if I ring on tues il have an answer but I never am that lucky lol

@Girlmum25 it's frustrating as it's not even been passed to a case maker so does that mean it still has to go to someone else for a decision. I'm so tempted to ring again today 🙈

I would just like to know as the wait is really frustrating 😂🤦🏽‍♀️

Mamofasd · 16/09/2022 15:19

I'm stamped 14th July and on hold as would told it would be done by today. So stressful

Girlmum25 · 16/09/2022 15:48

@Mamaof41988 I'm going to ring 1st thing Tuesday aswell😂

Girlmum25 · 16/09/2022 15:48

Mamofasd · 16/09/2022 15:50

Just got through after hour wait, told another 4 to 5 weeks they only working on 17th of June claims, so the last person told me would be done by today wish they would be straight up!

Mamaof41988 · 16/09/2022 15:58

Girlmum25 · 16/09/2022 16:01

@Mamaof41988 you are my spirit animal 😂😂😂

Mamaof41988 · 16/09/2022 16:12

It's getting so frustrating as letter says 7 weeks but then it's 12 weeks, then it's 14 weeks and then so long for a decision. So im just gonna keep ringing 😂 50 mins on hold so far

Mamaof41988 · 16/09/2022 16:22

So it still hasn't been passed over but she said looking at my scan date it "should" hopefully be passed over next week 😒 so I shall phone again weds and Friday instead

Girlmum25 · 16/09/2022 16:32

Girlmum25 · 16/09/2022 16:38

Stead05 · 16/09/2022 17:02

Oilytoe90 · 16/09/2022 17:32

@Mamaof41988 what is your scan date lovely? X

Girlmum25 · 16/09/2022 17:32

55 minutes on hold and an automated message says they can't take the call? I can't be bothered anymore lol just annoying me. Just going to wait untill I get a letter

ofwarren · 16/09/2022 17:37

My scan date was 14th June and we got the money today.

Mamaof41988 · 16/09/2022 18:09

So hopefully they start from June 20th next week. I'm not holding my breath for an answer for another week or so 😒

Noneyerbuisness11234 · 16/09/2022 20:55

I rang today again said they're working up to the 17th June still fs but it's with decision maker can be with them for 2 weeks before a decision so will b 2 weeks nxt Wednesday

Catsutt · 17/09/2022 07:42

Hey it goes to case manger then the decision maker in total took like nearly two weeks with ours

Snowpatrolling · 17/09/2022 15:52

With the universal credit I done a change of circumstance on my journal on the 5th September.
I hadn’t heard anything by the 15th so I wrote a note on my journal to my work coach.
on the 16th she rung me to ask why I didn’t report earlier so she could hand over to the decision maker to authorise the back payment.
so worth making a note for decision maker.

Shannon26 · 17/09/2022 16:02

@Snowpatrolling hey I've reported mine through my journal too, the decision maker said they agreed to the back payment but I've got to wait for my case manager to get back intouch about my back payment, do you know how long it takes?

How long did they take to make the decision? I’m waiting to hear still from DM. I told them 5 days ago xx

Shannon26 · 17/09/2022 19:34

@Lynseyb91 they passed it to the decision maker last Thursday the 8th and the dm made a decision on the 12th. Now I've got to wait for case manager to get intouch regarding my payment
