I hope I've done this right - here is the new thread...and hopefully the last in ante-natal

Hope all is going well laura - Look forward to hearing your news xx

Sorry to hear about the sore nips llynnnn. I can totally sympathise - I was the same when BFing DS. DD is awake loads too, she sleeps all afternoon but is awake for a few hours in the night too (which is bloody annoying when I have to get up for DS).

All good here, though knackered!

Who's starting the new thread? I liked the name someone came up with earlier

Hey ladies hope everyone is well. Still feeling very down about my pussy cat I hate that she is not here with us and knowing she is at the vet?s awaiting her sentence I have spoken to another vet now who totally understands where we are coming from so if the existing vet won?t agree to put her to sleep tomorrow, he will. I just don?t want her to be in pain from being moved poor DS still has his cough though my loving little boy is coming back slowly and the little monster is on the retreat. Aaliyah still has a stuffy nose and a little cough too I am keeping a very close eye on her.

Sorry this is all me me.. I am really getting worried about DH. I am beginning to wonder if he is depressed. He is behaving so strangely. How do spot the difference between being a bit fed up and being depressed? He isn?t enjoying paternity leave at all this time and is being so cold with us all he uses me bfeeding Aaliyah as an excuse for not really doing anything for her and when I had a friend over today (and a playdate for DS) DH shouted at me twice in front of her, it was really embarrassing.

Will try to catch up though Aaliyah wants attention

MrsMc there's a new thread lauraloo's msg above yours has the link.

So sorry to hear DH isn't behaving well towards you. He may be stressed but shouldn't humiliate you in public, or fail to help with baby or around the house . Can you talk to him about why he's so down and encourage him to see a doc? Some men find getting used to a new baby more difficult than others - their OH's attention is elsewhere and sometimes they resent it. I hope it's just a phase...

As for your vet, do you think he's just raking in extra cash by keeping pusscat in for so many days? I'm glad you've found a more sympathetic one anyway.

....and that DS is calming down a bit . Maybe he should give his dad a few hints . Take care, and see you on the other thread soon xx
