Obviously I hope she arrives that quickly tink, but if not maybe we should all have a second round of guesses tomorrow morning!

Well I've done ok today. Went and dropped dry cleaning off and did a small supermarket shop, swept floors, mopped floors and done some general tidying.

Is it just our local Morrisons or are supermarkets becoming like war zones these days? I saw 2 arguments in the car park over parking spaces and everyone just wanders round the supermarket in their own little world oblivious to the fact that if they have their trolley diagonally across the aisle, no one else can get through! I do a weekly tesco internet order but still find it useful to pop out for some fresh stuff and we always go to Morrisons as they do a good deal on dry cleaning and DH and I both have to wear suits at work. (Rant over!)

Kay - glad it sounds like you and your DH managed to talk. I just hope (for your sake and for his personal safety) that he takes note.

I'm going to cook chicken with pasta in tomato and veg sauce for tea tonight. Will probably do a big pan full and freeze some. Not sure what to watch on tv tonight - wish X Factor and Strictly were still on!

Sesthinks2009willbeagreatyear · 17/01/2009 17:05

Ooh! Hi moosma! I remember you!!
Congrats on falling off the wagon

LaTour (who you may know under her old name...) is just starting to ttc again after her mc and then minor op before Christmas.
Heebee also posted the other day (hello Heebee ) and is off the wagon and ttc.

I think Gruff is the FB Group administrator. Are your initials DC? She was asking the other day if anyone knew who that was so she could accept them...

Anyway, welcome back and get GOFing!!!

Oops! Obviously thought you deserved a double welcome back!

moosma · 17/01/2009 17:10

Yes that is me

What was LaTour's previous name? I just popped my nose into the wagon waiting thread but didn't spot any names I recognised so thought I'd sneak in here instead. Hopefully it won't be long before I can join you properly

Sesthinks2009willbeagreatyear · 17/01/2009 17:15

I think she name changed as she was worried about RL finding her but I can try and give you a few clues...

She is ttc #2 and has a DS. She described herself as arriving about the same time that Calsworld took a break ...

moosma · 17/01/2009 17:16

Aaaaah, gotcha

Sesthinks2009willbeagreatyear · 17/01/2009 17:19

Anyway, how have things been with you? What CD are you on??

Let's hope you and the other ttcers have a successful few months ahead

moosma · 17/01/2009 17:24

I don't know CD I'm on, I'm trying not to take too much notice IYKWIM, I think probably on about 21ish but I have 5-6 week cycles so who knows? I'll let you all know when I get my BFP (nothing like positive thinking eh?)

Sesthinks2009willbeagreatyear · 17/01/2009 17:26

Look forward to that honk!
Good luck!

tinkisfourtyweeks · 17/01/2009 18:08

glaskhamhasoneintheoven · 17/01/2009 18:18

Hello everyone!!- wow- i have just read throguh everyuthign since yesterday morning but just about forgotten everything!!

Heebs- Hey!!!

Moose- hello too- wuhoo to ttc!! its so exiting being that side of PG!! this side its all sickness, heartburn and aches & pains!! but fingers crossed you'll be moaning with the rest of us!!

I was 27 weeks yesterday!! if MW is right and DD2 comes at 37wks i only have 10wks left!!! how scary is that?? plus Dd2 is getting so bit i can't sit without her bum/head pushing up in my ribs!!

Astarte · 17/01/2009 21:25

Moos! who loves ya baby, who, who? ME!!
You've fell off the wagon and I have fell off an MN break hehehe!
I was going to search out our PN thread as they're coming up to 2, eek!

Right Tink I'm pinching;

Tuesday 20th Jan @ 7am, still 7lb 2oz.

BUT only if you have a sweep tomorrow, otherwise I reserve the right to change my date....sound good?

Pool comes in 2 days time, very excited. Things are picking up on the BH front over here, becoming more of a daily occurrence. They feel different to the last babies more low slung under the bump, lots of KNUF and bum too.

I hope LB is okay
She is not fully settled in yet though, sometimes her head feels free, then a couple of hours later can feel fully engaged, little stinker.

Dh is currently working his way through his mammoth list of tasks like a gud 'un. He's plastering the futility room ceiling as I sit here with a cuppa and cookie......just as it should be I say
Still he's now on cervical softening duty, every other day for the next couple of weeks, so it's not all doom n gloom for him.

LO seems to have finally realised that he sleeps in his bed hurrah! Still wakes about 1am to come into ours but last night slept all the way through, about time given he's 2 in 3 weeks!!

kayzr · 17/01/2009 22:16

Hey Moos!!!!! How are you?

We have decided to be firm with DS1, he is not sleeping in our bed. So when/if he wakes during the night we are going to leave him in his cot. He has slept through from 6 weeks so I am hoping he'll go back to sleeping through again.

So fingers crossed for a decent night tonight.

kayzr · 17/01/2009 22:18

Oooh Gruff when you asked about the intials DC asking to join FB that was Moos.

glaskhamhasoneintheoven · 18/01/2009 08:28

OMG- i'm so upset.... just been on my FB and some idiot so-called 'friend' who worked for denis a couple of years ago has put the comment 'looks like a frog' on my 20wk scan picture!! I mean what a heartless idiot thing to say, DH doesn't understand why it's upset me so much... but i mean- saying my unborn baby girl looks like a frog isn't nice by anyones standards surely??

glaskhamhasoneintheoven · 18/01/2009 08:32

and i'm so upset i just put DH's name.... dont think i've done that before!!

tinkisfourtyweeks · 18/01/2009 08:37

anymore for the new syndicate list ladies as this one is still here @ 40+3

astarte - after sweep on mon Tuesday 20th Jan @ 7am, still 7lb 2oz.

kayzr · 18/01/2009 09:20

Aww Glask, Sorry he is an idiot. Loads of people said that both of mine looked like tadpoles, fish, frogs and countless other things.

If they aren't really close friends where you know they are just being silly it is really nasty.

Diege · 18/01/2009 09:45

Morning! Great to hear from you MOOS . Enjoy the nce side of pregnancy, as Glask says - this side all sickness, aches and pains etc! Will eagerly await your honk .
GLASK, agree comments like that can be upsetting, but as Kayz says very unlikely to be intentionally hurtful - more silliness I'd say.
ASTARTE, love 'futility room' . Now it all makes sense why the crates of washing sit there, unchanged, so forlornly everyday...Reminds me, must wash PE kits!

TINKS, I will say Thursday 22nd at 10am, weight 81b 1oz

Right, marking to do...Am really craving one of those soft white choc and raspberry giant cookies you get in paper bag from places like Sainsburys..

Astarte · 18/01/2009 10:48

Morning everyone...

Diege do you ever wonder how we'll cope with 4?

Feeling a bit crappy today, up all night with D&V and stomach cramps .

The kids will be making friends with the tv today I think

Diege · 18/01/2009 11:11

Oh no ASTARTE ; hoping the bug is just a 24 hour one; hope you getb through today OK
Re: coping with 4 I know exactly what you mean.Had a 'wobble' last night as had been having one of those days when the mess really gets to me, and I feel I need to get on top of it instantly (I don't have many days like that thankfully). I think with 4 we will just have to resign oursleves to peace, order and tidyness being something that we can maybe achieve in, ooh, 18 years time (though with your 6 you might as well forget it ). Wonder how LG&T manages?
Well, said cookies have been purchased, though only white choc, not rasp .

tinkisfourtyweeks · 18/01/2009 11:33
