oooh- and exiting update on my sickness....... i now haven't been sick in just over 2 weeks!!!! I've had a couple of mornings when i've felt very sick (yesterday included) but haven't been sick!! and only taken my medication for it twice in the last 4 weeks!! how exiting is that!!??

Had a great time in Disneyland, very exhausting but girls had soooo much fun. Spent most of Saturday sleeping then i was sick all day yesterday, feeling weird today, managed to eat a little without throwing up, but no energy. The bean is going crazy last few days none stop movements which can be seen from the outside!
Probably going to go back to bed in a minute,just don't know what to do with myself!

All fine. Measurements all ok but all within the upper half of the normal range rather than the lower half. Head circumference is particularly large (should I start saying ouch now??? but still within normal).

NJ - great to hear from you. Really pleased everything seems to be going well.

I have a consultant appointment tomorrow as well. I see the obstetrician and the endocrinologist just to make sure everything's ok with my thyroid. Not really worried about that though after today!

Baby was really cute. DH obviously had a better view than I did and he said that the best bit was when he could see the lips close up and it looked as if the baby was kissing the screen. I liked seeing the little feet from underneath.

YAY Ses!!! That is a really clear picture!! Hope Baby doesn't get too big, you could end up with one as big as Dylan!!

I went to the chemist earlier to try and get something for my sore throat and I can only have soothers as I am breastfeeding. I'm really annoyed.

No offence Kay, but I hope not!!
For your sore throat, do you like hot strong ribena? or do you have any honey or golden syrup in the house to mix with hot water and lemon or orange juice? Also could try gargling with soluble paracetamol.
Hope it doesn't develop further.
How's Dylan doing?

Argh Hot Ribena. I thought that was just a DH thing as I have known anyone else have it. But no I don't like it. I have been gargling with paracetamol. I really hope it doesn't get any worse.

Dylan is fine thanks. Its just getting him to go to sleep in his moses basket before midnight. Once he gets to sleep he sleeps for about 7 hours. But the getting him to go to sleep that is exhausting me.

I can imagine that but is pretty exhausting but 7hrs sleep then sounds v good! Just hard work getting him there!

Sorry but I looovve hot ribena - especially when I'm ill!

I thought it was a wierd DH's family thing hot ribena. Will have to say sorry to him now.

It is very good. It just seems that when he doesn't go to sleep until about 1 and we wake up at 8 I feel more tired than if he goes to sleep at about 11 and wakes at 5 for a feed and then we go back to sleep I feel more awake.

I am massive now and getting around is so hard. It was not like this with dd i was working 16 hour days two weeks before she was born..... I think I am growing a whopper and I am really scared as I had trouble with dd (she was 8lb 4)!! Still time will tell, may start the RLT and evening primrose oil early though, what do you experianced mums think????

I hope you had a really good christmas, I did, it has been great and I am really looking forward to getting ready for baby now, which starts on Friday with getting a bed for DD.........

Woo hoo TINK not long now! . Great piccy SES, and good news on such a good scan . I wouldn't worry too much about where the measurements are at the moment (if you are); I remember with my 3 one week they would measure below the average for same head circ, and then be the 90th the next scan, then back down to 15th percentile etc...I think it just depends which day they're scanned on!
Glad you had a great Xmas LB; you deserve a good time after the past few months
KAY, I'm sure you can have mericane when bf? I think I took it with sore throat with dd1 and it helps a lot, numbing the sore parts. Maybe worth a check? Hot ribena ...
I'm feeling OK. Was very sick yesterday, which left me with awful heartburn. Feel better today, but need to start accepting I think that sickness isn't just going to disappear overnight, and start taking my meds again. Have work next week, so need to start getting my act together and stop heading for the sofa every time I feel ill!
Just started snowing here, the dds are going crazy

HV has just been and Dylan has put on more weight and is 10lb 4oz so just 1oz of his birth weight. Freddie was a real pain in the bum though. Tried climbing on her, running around like a loon, poked Dylan in the eye and tried to get out of the front door.

She told me to join Netmums to get advice on how to stop Freddie having tantrums when he is told off. Netmums???? Can you believe it?

Oh no KAY netmums, the shame... . Good news on Dylan's weight though, that's great .
Snow has disappeared and you wouldn't know it had been. Almost worse for dds than not having it at all after flurrying down.
Oh and did I mention I have the most awful thrush..(I do like to share). Anyone else suffer in pregnancy?

God yes Diege, its so bloody annoying and it seems to just disappear within a day or 2 of either of the DS's being born.

Oh yeah I also meant to say I have lost my voice, its really bad. My throat doesn't hurt as much but I can't talk!!!! DH finds it very funny indeed.
