@SearchingTheSkies that's next week! Eeek good luck!! And very exciting! My last day at work is on 31st, I'm crawling to the end!

My toddler hasn't yet woken up for the day so I thought I'd take advantage of the peace and start my hospital bag.

What snacks has/is everyone packing for their hospital bag? I can't remember what I took last time apart from a bottle of Lucozade sport 🤔

@Margo34 so far I've got some granola bars. I also took lucozade last time. Not sure what else to go for. Maybe some savoury crackers or other nibbles.

I'm 38+1 today, 3rd baby and this is officially the most pregnant I've ever been. We have everything except nappies, but still need to organise everything, wash clothes and actually pack the hospital bag! I only started mat leave on Monday (actually annual leave, mat leave starts officially on the3rd) and keep trying to get organised but it's not happening! Baby feels so big now every time it moves it must be compressing nerves or something because my legs just give up and I have to go and sit down because it's really uncomfortable and I feel really unsteady on my feet. Add that to the awful pgp I've had since 15weeks and the dreadful.heartburn and return of morning sickness and overall I'm feeling pretty useless. So far today I've showered, done a few loads of laundry and emptied the dishwasher and I'm done in!

@iloveburmese3 I attempted to shave my bikin line recently...blindly....it did not go well! 🙈 I'm defo exhausted and sore too!

Oh my goodness are you ok?! It's impossible to see down there now so I can imagine it could have gone wrong! X

I think I'm pretty much ready now. Took delivery of our new infant car seat and new bedside crib mattress this week, picked up everything we're borrowing this time around too. Sorted and washed the newborn stuff and bedding etc! Still need to wash the 0-3 clothes. Got nappies ready, hospital bag is packed, snacks purchased.

Just the house left to have a proper clean I think!

I might look back through our past threads for that list of due dates the closer we get to April...

Oh ladies. We’re almost there! I can’t believe it!
I’m only 36 weeks, but being induced at 38, so very soon for me too. I’m excited to have my body back. It’s been a real struggle these last few months.
Cant wait to hear about the babies 😊

@Margo34 i started mat leave a few days ago.
Now getting prepped and feeling ready. Clothes have come out of storage and just counting down really.

@Missgemini not yet, Friday is my last working day, counting down! I've been trying to prep around my toddler and oh my goodness the grump that's come with that when I haven't instantly dropped everything 🙈

Last day of work today 🥳 I was so looking forward to a couple of days to myself next week while toddler at nursery before new baby comes. Alas no, toddler now has chicken pox 😭

Bit of a MN lurker here but not posted on this thread before. I'm due 18th April but have c section booked for Thursday. 4th baby and 3rd elective section yet I still find I'm nervous even if the midwives joke that I'm a bit of a pro at it now 🤣
Still doesn't feel quite real that I'll have another baby by the end of next week. Plus managing a late GD diagnosis (which I've never had in any other pregnancy) No question to ask really just a friendly hello and trying to get some of my anxiety out!
Let's hope it's like riding a bike - been 6 years since I've had a newborn and 12 years since I've had a new born girl! (DD12, DS8, DS6 and now a DD!)
Hope everyone is managing well on their last stretch

But yayyy no more work for a while at least!

We've all done incredibly well to get to term! I'm 38 weeks but think this is term ! Good luck everyone - I will share a picture when he's here x

@iloveburmese3 good luck!! Mine isn’t until next Friday!
I think full term is 37 weeks but it’s early term. But proper term from 39 weeks. Either way from 37 there pretty good to come most of the time.
