Here we go, month three in the pregnancy journey 👣

@KerryM1983 i think you can contact your midwife and ask for an urgent referral to the peri natal psychiatric crisis team. you need to put your hands up and accept you are in such a more vulnerable position with lupus, chronic pain, ivf etc you are a hero for continuing like this. Depression is a horrible disease and must not be ignored. you are not the first and won't be the last to feel this way. any family to support you?

Hi I’m new here, hope I can join this thread
I’m 7+6 today. Have had hardly any symptoms so far apart from more tired and extreme hunger! So different to my pregnancy with my 3 year old where I felt sick all the time!
Feeling so anxious as I don’t feel pregnant so have an early scan booked next Saturday, no way I could wait for 12 weeks.

@Wishful30 sorry to hear you've got the stress of spotting! Hopefully Tuesday comes nice and quick and lots of rest in the mean time. I'm totally with you on the cats, I have 2 fur babies (who I treat like my actual babies)🤣 and I'm sure they know 😻😻 x

I've been at college all weekend and been absolutely shattered come the afternoon. But it's nice that I've finally got my appetite back and actually wanted fruit and Veg!! The nauseas so much better than it was (I'm 10+4)! Although seems to come more in evenings now around or after dinner. Also, the burping is RIDICULOUS 😱 anyone else?!x

@KerryM1983 I hope you're managing to get some much needed rest and support.
It's tough for anyone of us, let alone you facing those extra challenges. Be kind to yourself. We all know we are super lucky to be our situation- but that doesn't deter from the fact it's BLOODY HARD WORK feeling like you've got a horrendous sick bug that's lasting for months 😨

What dates your scan as I know we are due a few days apart xxx

Ohh @Wishful30 I really feel for you as I’ve been there! They saw a subchoronic haematoma on my scan which explained the bleeding and the lady that scanned me assured me I may get more spotting but it was resolving so not to panic. So seen as you haven’t been scanned it could be something like that. I’ve not spotted for two weeks now which has been lovely but the anxiety doesn’t go away.

I’ll have everything crossed for Tuesday for you and you get to see little bean with a heartbeat and hopefully something to explain all your spotting.

@Wishful30 I’m sorry you’re having such a stressful time again. There’s lots of great advice here from people who have been in similar situations, I hope you’re taking comfort from these and not letting it worry you too much. Take it easy.

@Emmacb82 congrats! I think a few of us have gone for private early scans because we couldn’t wait! 12 weeks is such a long time, I’m 11weeks tomorrow and I feel like I’ve been pregnant forever 😂

I've got the head cold going round 🤧 so may be absent for the week, always comes around this time of year so at least getting it out if the way pre 12 week scan

I'm finding this pregnancy is going so fast I can't believe I'm nearly a third way though, it's going to be Christmas in a minute. Why can't everything just slow down 🙏

on a POSITIVE note : has anyone noticed the amazing hair change??? went out for lunch so had my hair done and oh my it looked so thick and beautiful😳😳😳 the first positive symptom of pregnancy.

the bloating and burping is unbelievable ladies i literally burp longer and louder than my hubby who i usually accuse of being disgusting 😭😭😭😷

Got up this morning. Red blood and more clots. 😞 not really cramping much yet tho but I did have pains yesterday.
Off the the EPU in a bit. Not holding out much hope.

Morning everyone! I'm trying to start my week positive despite having a rubbish nights sleep -tossing and turning due to anxiety. My general symptoms are too bad in comparison to some of what I'm reading, so my thoughts are with all of you that are suffering. I'm getting anxious about my lack of motivation and energy! What are people doing exercise wise? Any tips? I am doing nothing right now, not even enough walking really... I'm hoping that a bit of light exercise will give me a bit more energy. What's the secret to fitting it into your day?

And secondly, what are you ladies using to help prevent stretchmarks? Any good recommendations?

Scan number 4 for me this morning, fingers crossed that everything is still going okay.

Is any one else suffering with back ache ? It's my lower back, can't get comfy at all - can definitely feel stretching going on inside.

I wish I could remember what a full nights sleep was like but I guess that's just preparation for when they arrive !

@facevalue I’m the opposite with the hair! Mine feels really dry and is normally soft, not sure what I’ve done wrong there😂

@ChampooPapi hope you feel better soon. I’ve got it but coming out the other side now.
Still feel like I don’t wana go into work but I’ve been getting so behind it’s stressing me out 😭

@Shelbustotherescue I had lower back ache and terrible bloat as well at week 8-9 (can't walk straight from the pain). I'm 10+2 today and the lower back ache is almost gone, bloat is a lot more manageable, but tons of heart burn non stop all day.Feeling wet all the times, and just weird feeling in the inside stomach. Sometimes I feel some sort of tiny kick or pinch, especially in the morning really fast pinching inside the stomach, when I try to roll out of bed to go to the loo. I wonder if its the baby rolling? . It's my 1st pregnancy so every feeling is weird. And everyday is different kind of discomforts. :-(

Has anyone else still got really sore boobs? Mine have got soooo big 🙈 and constantly hurt. They’ve been tender throughout but I feel like my symptoms heightened from week 8 onwards.

@sunshine8888 yep mine are massive, so much so that colleagues have commented! Trying to wear loose tops to hide them 😬

@helensss I know, my DH is in awe by the size of them 😂 but unfortunately for him I can’t bear him to go near them atm 🙈

@Helensss @facevalue thanks ladies, it's the season for it. Thank goodness we are having spring babies , newborns this time have it tough avoiding all the bugs. And at least my sickness is abating

Hope you feel better soon @ChampooPapi, I don’t feel like my pregnancy is going fast ! I’m so impatient to get to the second trimester when I can hopefully start feeling a bit more excited instead of anxious ! The days are dragging!

@sunshine8888 oh yeah it’s hands off for mine too! Haven’t got much of a sex drive either at the moment... poor bugger 😂

I’m the same I’m just desperate for my scan to know everything’s ok 🤞🏻
