@Charlotte2020xx I feel the exact same! I'm 9+4 today. Had a scan last week and everything looked great but as I don't have any symptoms and I've had a couple of episodes of pink-ish discharge so I'm finding it hard to believe everything is going as it should! Fingers crossed xxx

Charlotte2020xx · 06/10/2019 20:21

I’m glad to see some people feel the same! Keep thinking I’m going mad keep thinking and worrying about things. I did have some morning sickness last week but it went off I do have another scan booked for tomorrow so I’m hoping all is okay. I’m sure if everything looked good on your scan you’ll be fine too Smile . I also had some bleeding that’s why I went for an early scan xx

Helensss · 06/10/2019 20:28

Symptoms are so different for everyone I’m sure, everyone’s body is different. I’m 9 +2 so similar boat,
Some days I’m shattered and feel sick and others I’m fresh and don’t feel pregnant, scary but we aren’t far away from our scans! I’ve also had a couple of episodes of pink/brown and had 3 early mc before so very nervous but hoping it’s ok xx

sazzlerazzle · 06/10/2019 21:26

@Charlotte2020xx welcome to the group! Honestly if you could read through the many messages in these two threads, you’d see so many people saying the exact same thing and having the same worries. I’m 10 weeks tomorrow (according to LMP) so similar to you and my symptoms have been mild but scan last week showed a healthy little bean with a strong heartbeat.

I think I’ve just read SO much online about the many many symptoms you might experience, I’ve been waiting for every single one of them to hit! But thinking about it, all my friends have children and none of them had extreme morning sickness, nor did my sister. We’re all just worriers 😆(understandably!)

facevalue · 06/10/2019 23:40

@sazzlerazzle my nausea is all day but worst midday- afternoon. i think ppl just don't share how crap they feel because usually they havnt told ppl until after the 12 week scan! don't be fooled 😂😂😂

november90 · 07/10/2019 00:31

@Charlotte2020xx @lovepositivity

Try not to worry about lack of symptoms m, I know it's easy said. Every single person pregnancies are so different so everyone will feel different! I think a lot of people talk about their symptoms online as a way to understandably vent because they can't do it out loud with it still being a secret so early on and if you don't feel the same it's really normal to question why, With my first I had mild nausea and do remember getting on with my life almost as normal, my baby is now 2y9m and was born healthy and happy at 9lbs4oz. It's normal to feel rubbish, but also normal to not! ❤️

november90 · 07/10/2019 02:54

Omg I just woke up from the rest ever dream. & dreamt there was load of bleeding and I had a miscarriage. I went to the toilet and the baby came out and it looked and me and was breathing but to under developed to live. I've never in my life been so happy to wake up.
To all the 🌈 mummy's our there, I've said it before but I can't put j to words how strong and inspiring you are. I'm frightened to death now and all I can think about is you ladies and how amazing you are for being strong enough to continue ❤️

Bumpingalong84 · 07/10/2019 06:31

Aww @ november90 that must have been so frightening. it’s horrible and I’m so scared but then I have to just trust that things will be ok and that this pregnancy is meant to be and the previous one just wasn’t.

My 12week scan is booked for the 12th November! Around the time I should have been going on maternity leave! So I’m praying that we will get good news and that will be a distraction from what could have been and I can start getting excited.

helpasisterout · 07/10/2019 07:21

God knows how I am going to face customers at work today I just feel like I could be sick on them at any time 😳 hope everyone is well.

mrsf1204 · 07/10/2019 08:12

Morning all. First day back to work for me since a weeks leave for our holiday. Also first day in the office since my sickness started. It's been easy to hide with mild symptoms before now but oh my goodness I don't know how I'm going to hide it now. I've been so sick the last few days. After moaning last week I had had none! Thinking of all of you today and hoping today is an on day for everyone xx

Sunshine8888 · 07/10/2019 08:24

Good luck to all those starting their working weeks, another full 5 days for me, we can do this ladies. Best advice is to eat little and often, get your head down and try to stay distracted with work! Then when you get home go and have a lie down for an hour or so if you can. This is week 10 for me and I’ve managed to get through work To this point so far with no sick days despite feeling like phoning in most mornings! I have 10 more work days to get through before 12 weeks (including today). Wish me luck!! X

mrsf1204 · 07/10/2019 08:35

Good luck @Sunshine8888 you've got this!! My work don't know yet and I'm worried if I get too sick I'm going to have to tell them before I want to!

Sunshine8888 · 07/10/2019 09:04

@mrsf1204 no one knows at my work either - I can’t wait for it not to be a secret! Feels like forever!

Helensss · 07/10/2019 10:20

@Sunshine8888 I am at work for the full week too! I already want to lie down on the floor, I’ll be 10 weeks on Friday. We can dooo it! X

Raindancer411 · 07/10/2019 10:32

I am roughly 7+4 and I feel so bad with sickness. Cannot find anything I can stomach to drink and smells are way too much for me to cope with. My last pregnancy I had sickness all the way through so hoping it's not going to be the same this time around. Got my first midwife appointment in a couple of weeks time.

Helensss · 07/10/2019 10:36

@Raindancer411 oh I do feel for you! I feel really sick most of the time but thankfully haven’t actually been sick, hope it doesn’t last for you! X

Sunshine8888 · 07/10/2019 10:39

It’s funny how everyone feels so different. I have to drink loads or I feel dehydrated. And I have to eat pretty much every hour or I start to feel sick. I’m thankful though that it’s manageable. Sorry you’re suffering so much @Raindancer411, that sounds horrendous ☹️

@helensss I’m thinking a little nap under my desk at lunchtime may be needed 😂😂😂

Doodlebug321 · 07/10/2019 11:05

I had been coping ok with the nausea, but recently it's gone mad again. Was running to the toilets all day Saturday in work. Tried eating little & often, but it didn't help. Took myself to bed when I got home and have pretty much stayed between there & the bathroom since. 8+5 with LMP. Trying to sip liquids.

Think there might be a scan or two today...to anyone with a scan or appointment etc. I hope all goes well. I'm off for a nap.

Shelbustotherescue · 07/10/2019 11:07

My sickness has eased off now apart from my toothpaste is making me feel nauseous !! So I'm going to have to change that ConfusedGrin

I'm 9+6 today, next scan is on Monday - can't wait !

Raindancer411 · 07/10/2019 11:08

Am just sipping water too and trying to make myself some lunch. Am lucky as three out of five days the hubby works from home and does the food, so I don't have too. I find if I have to prepare the food I don't want it when it's done 🤢

Doodlebug321 · 07/10/2019 11:26

@Shelbustotherescue that sounds wonderful that it's easing. The toothbrush & I are not friends these days. Now just have to look at it & I dry heave 😫

ChampooPapi · 07/10/2019 11:59

Ok I'm done with feeling sick now, next!
