Realised we need another thread as the other one reached 1000!

Glad to hear scans went well today.

Who else is waiting for their harmony results now? I am hoping to get them in the next few days! But I suspect Friday at the earliest and probably next week Monday! I had the bloods taken for it Thursday morning.

@Nervousdave thanks, that's what I was thinking, all previous midwife appts the head has been free so definitely dropped now then. Only wondered as not always feeling uncomfortable but know they can drop in and out. Hoping he stays in and doesn't keep me waiting too long! I think your bump looks good, doesn't look too small. Mine measures a week behind as well although people like to comment on how big it sometimes seems... cant seem to win tbh but I make a point of telling them its smaller than it should be and hes measuring fine on last scan:)

Autumntoowet · 23/11/2019 11:44

@bobble53I am 38+2 as well! Although the dates are way off and midwives agree I have another 4 weeks of this.
Struggling to do anything

xoxhayleyxox · 23/11/2019 17:13

Well ladies, my December 10th baby had other ideas and arrived via emergency c section yesterday, November 22nd at 8:38pm weighing 6lb12. 37+3, luckily I'd had steroid injections. He's perfect. Wishing you all luck with your upcoming births!

StephRae · 23/11/2019 18:40

@xoxhayleyxox congratulations he’s absolutely gorgeous had look at all that hair!

Comps83 · 23/11/2019 19:42

OMG amazing!

jpaws · 23/11/2019 20:37

Aww @xoxhayleyxox congratulations!

bobble53 · 23/11/2019 22:06

Aww lovely congratulations he is beautiful!

Baby hasn’t stopped wriggling ALL day! I’m hoping he stays put another week. I’m 38+3. I’ve been googling all night whether more movement means labour is soon but can’t find much. I’m convinced he’s wanting out!

Nervousdave · 24/11/2019 01:12

@xoxhayleyxox congratulations!!! Hes beautiful x
@bobble53 I've had a lot more movement tonight than normal too (evenings are normally pretty wiggly but nowhere near this much) he was visibly rolling around for a good 40 mins, got some great videos! Doubt it means anything though 😔

Jowd92 · 24/11/2019 06:41

@xoxhayleyxox wow congratulations his beautiful look at all his hair!, 35 weeks today 5 more weeks until due date but looking more like 3 weeks until inducement that sounds so better I'm so ready for this pregnancy to be over now dont know how much more pain I can take from this spd glad this is last and final baby!

starflake · 24/11/2019 09:46

@xoxhayleyxox he is gorgeous, congratulations X getting very real now with December mums having their babies!
Baby hasn't stopped wriggling here either, on my birthing app it does say increase in movements can be a sign of imminent labour but she's like this the last week now and nothing. I'm 36 weeks on tuesday, have hospital scan at 37+2 and if she is still showing big on scan (last DD was 10lb 10 Oz) they are booking me for induction! I'm so over being pregnant! Not even dreading the labour anymore as I just want her here asap haha!

Funnybunnyfluff · 24/11/2019 09:52

@xoxhayleyxox congratulations hope your all doing well.

This my first baby and it's interesting how I started of scared about labour now I'm just like I'm done.
Bring it on... 36+3 for me and my hips hurt I can't sleep and again baby very active to the point of it hurts sometimes.

bobble53 · 24/11/2019 10:12

I thought baby was going to rip his way out of my belly last night he was moving so much! Settled down overnight but it’s just a waiting game now!

StephRae · 24/11/2019 10:59

@bobble53 mine was going crazy last night as well, hardly got any sleep which is becoming a common thing! She’s so active all the time now and her feet are right by my ribs 😂

StephRae · 24/11/2019 12:07

Not sure what it is but she’s currently sticking something out 😂 don’t know about you guys but sometimes her movements cause me genuine pain, it’s not bad right now but it’s when she’s right up in my ribs.

bobble53 · 24/11/2019 12:59

I’ve just lost my plug. No idea if this means labour is coming now or next week but it’s sinking in I’m having a baby!!

HannahBee92 · 24/11/2019 14:27

@xoxhayleyxox congratulations! So gorgeous. My due date is also the 10th December so that just made it even more real for me! Picked my car seat and pram up yesterday thank goodness so least I'm ready now. Can't wait!

starflake · 24/11/2019 17:18

@bobble53 how exciting!!! When are you due? I think it normally happens within a few days but can take longer.

bobble53 · 24/11/2019 17:21

@starflake I am due on the 4th but I think he’s going to come earlier at this rate - just hope he holds out for another week at least and he can be a December baby and let me get a little more organised!

Google is mixed - some people say labour can happen up to three days after losing the plug but others say it can be a week 🤷🏻‍♀️

starflake · 24/11/2019 17:37

I'm a tad jealous. Ye think it's more common to go only a few days but it can take longer! I'm on dd4 and don't remember ever losing my plug! But I've had to be induced on all 3! Oh I never thought of the not being a December baby thing! I'm so intent on her coming out I never thought of the she won't be a Xmas baby if she comes early & I really want her to be a Xmas baby!! Oh we are just so indecisive 😂

StephRae · 25/11/2019 16:22

@bobble53 that’s so exciting! I’m also jealous, I’m not due until the end of December and so far there’s no sign of her coming so who knows how long I have left. Good luck though, not long and your little one will be here!

Comps83 · 25/11/2019 18:08

I’ve known ppl lose their plug and not go into labour for a few weeks
I’m not going to lie , I’m going to be gutted if he doesn’t come on Xmas day

Funnybunnyfluff · 25/11/2019 19:45

Anyone had bad shooting/lightning type pains down below?

First baby so no idea what all the signs mean really. Maybe just some form of pressure

Samantha1712xx · 25/11/2019 20:52

I’ve had this too! Shooting pains down below with period like cramps?!

I’m 37 weeks tomorrow and still working full time! I think it’s just everything getting ready but I have no idea 😂
