@mybreadiseggy

But did you get your turnover?!

Karigan195 · 08/02/2019 15:25

Not due to get NIPT results until next Thursday so why am checking my inbox every two minutes. Couldn’t sleep last night worrying. Just clinging to the sonographer saying that everything looked fine for sanity right now

MyBreadIsEggy · 08/02/2019 15:26

Whisky did I fuck Hmm

Whisky2014 · 08/02/2019 15:40

What the fuck?! Oof I'd be really upset by not getting that! Food is one of the only things to get excited about right now!

MyBreadIsEggy · 08/02/2019 15:46

Whisky I’m honestly tempted to go upstairs and smother him with a fucking pillow Hmm
DCs are on top form again, he can hear all this as our walls are paper thin, and he’s definitely just heard me throw up Hmm

Whisky2014 · 08/02/2019 15:53

Oh god what a shame. To to bed and tell him to get up! He was well enough to go to work ffs

stroan · 08/02/2019 15:58

@mybreadiseggy I’d be telling the kids that Daddy is playing hide and seek and it’s their turn to find him. Then I’d consider leaving the house or locking myself in the bathroom.

mimitiggy · 08/02/2019 16:06

Oh wow I am so glad to find this thread!

My scan is 4 March... first child so I’m completely convinced there’ll be nothing there.

The nausea may actually be abating at 9 weeks 1 day... but in its place is itching! My midwife told me to see the gp in case it’s serious but their phone line is broken!

Megan2018 · 08/02/2019 16:09

@mimitiggy
My 12wk scan is on the 4th March too, but I have a private NIPT scan before that on 20th Feb.
I share the fear about nothing there. I'm 8+5.

So much worry!

DustyDoorframes · 08/02/2019 16:21

eggy retire to bed too- that will draw 'em on to him!
Im on trains a lot today for work. Feeling very green...

IVEgottheDECAF · 08/02/2019 17:42

Hello September!

I posted here a bit when the thread first started, original edd was between 30/8 and 1/9. I ended up settling on the august thread but have had scan today and has dates put back almost two weeks!

So......room for a little one?

Hsunshine · 08/02/2019 18:22

I am so glad to see others have stopped being sick at around 9. I stopped then too but still feeling sick so hope everything is ok

Hsunshine · 08/02/2019 18:22

What is an NIPT scan?

heather88 · 08/02/2019 18:24

Hi all, this is my first post, hope you don’t mind me joining in! I’ve been lurking for a while, reluctant to post as I still don’t quite believe I’m pregnant and am super scared about things going wrong 😬 7+2, due 28th September ish, I’m 30 and this will be our first. My first midwife appointment is next Friday, eek!

I’ve never been so aware of my ever expanding and painful boobs, but I’m fortunate enough to not really have any other symptoms (hence not really believing I’m pg) apart from feeling completely knackered at 6pm, and a hunger that no amount of food will satisfy! I’ve just destroyed a giant bag of peanut M&Ms which is a fact I need to share and I think you lot will understand and not judge 😂

Heather xx

KLane · 08/02/2019 18:38

Welcome @heather88 !

Might have to send DH out for some peanut m&ms tonight now... they're my fav!

porge123 · 08/02/2019 18:49

Welcome guys!!

Unsure of how to put this but has anyone else experienced itchy nipples? Like really itchy!!! So lastnight I was laying in bed and my right nipple felt soooo itchy, however both boobs are abit achy and very sensitive at the moment so scratching is a no go as keeps making me feel sick if I touch the nipple!!😂..
Now tonight I can feel it in the other nipple!!

Megan2018 · 08/02/2019 19:06

Just vomited in my stable! Only one other person on yard, desperately hoping they didn’t hear. If the smell of horse poo is going to be an issue I’m buggered. Shock

happydays00 · 08/02/2019 19:26

My worst day of morning sickness so far and I'm 9+3. I'm really , really hoping this means just a couple of weeks sickness before the placenta takes over. I haven't really kept anything down today, fluids or food, so concerned this is going to end the same way as my last pg (multiple admissions to hospital for fluid). 😩

challengeyourreality · 08/02/2019 19:38

Hi everyone,
I'm joining from another thread for September babies that's not really being used anymore.
DC3 here, due on September 11. Had my first scan on Monday, tiny baby in a giant womb. The midwife was searching for mutliple babies as she was convinced there would be more. She then made the joke that 2 babies had already lived in there but said it would be muscle memory that makes me so pronounced. I don't mind, no one can mistake it for weight gain, it's a prominent baby bump. Have ordered some lovely maternity dresses that arrive tomorrow so that'll be nice to not have to squeeze into something.
Shall go back and try to catch up on who everyone is.
Thank you for having me.

Tefiti2 · 08/02/2019 19:55

Welcome!! There’s been a few new joiners over the last while, should we do a mini roll call? I’m Tefiti2, shall be 11 weeks tomorrow with #2 after 2 MCs. Nervous but excited!

@porge123 YES!! Mine were the same for weeks, it’s really hard to scratch as they’re so bloody sensitive haha. Seems to have died down for now but you never know!

LaBelleSausage · 08/02/2019 20:04

Good idea @Tefiti2
Welcome to the newbies!
I’m LaBelleSausage, 30 and pregnant with DC2 (DS is 14 months). I’ll be 8 weeks on Monday and have an early scan tomorrow that I’m really looking now forward to.

Had a slapped cheek scare and have just found out that I’m ok, but I’m really anxious for a heartbeat tomorrow.

My main issues have been stuffing myself with carbs and fainting, with a little bit of throwing up in there for good measure (the highlight so far was being sick over DS during a 4am breastfeed).

Karigan195 · 08/02/2019 20:16

Yeah week 9 was the worst. Week 10 I was sick once but felt quite ill. Week 11 started today but so far so good

stroan · 08/02/2019 20:18

I’m Stroan, 35, having DC2. DD is 3. my dates are complicated because I have long cycles, but I think I’m around 10/11 weeks. Dating scan on Tuesday.

Various midwives think I have HG without vomiting, I’m utterly miserable (and a right moaner, sorry!) and seem to spend my life battling with GPs to get the recommended medication. I think it’s been resolved today, finally. Fingers crossed this is the combo that works.

IVEgottheDECAF · 08/02/2019 20:23

IVEgottheDECAF edd 11/9 with DC number.......5!
