Is it sore or hot?

It's hot but not really sore :/

Hot usually means an infection of some type. Could be a nasty bite but in that position I’d be keeping an eye on it and popping to the dr if it’s not showing signs of improvement tomorrow

Oh right I mean I have had it for about 2 weeks but think it's gotten bigger every day
I was sure it was my bra not fitting since breast have grown. I did buy a bugger comfier bra but didnt seem to help. Hi hun ok dr it is but I just started new job so don't really want to take time off :(

Yeah, I’d say get that checked to be sure, might jyst be irritated or skin infection.

There’s nothing much to see on mine, just weird blue veins on the side of the bigger one. Mind you mine have never been much to look at

@whisky2014 that looks really like the beginnings of mastitis! You can get it even if not breastfeeding. Definitely GP tomorrow! Xx

So tonight on the drive home I had to do an emergency shop for crisps, went so hungry and nauseous in the car-had to buy huge packet of ready salted potato sticks and then literally shovel them in my mouth in the carpark to continue drive home

Have a ridiculous quantity of snacks by the bed for tonight but hoping I am so shattered after last night I’ll sleep through.

tefiti2 really? I didn't know that I thought you only got that at breastfeeding or after. Oh dear.

megan stock up on snacks and keep them in the car!

@megan2018 that was literally me yesterday eating crisps on the way home

If it was infected it would be sore wouldnt it?
I can't go to dr tomorrow but maybe I can on Fri afternoon. Uff what a faff

@stroan I'm so glad you've got someone to listen to you and hopefully the doctor does now too! I had one day of throwing up/nausea constantly and it made me a very miserable person, I can't imagine what you must be feeling like.

@megan2018 definitely get that looked at. Oddly it does look like mastitis (shudder) Are you feeling unwell at all? Mastitis is accompanied by flu like symptoms. Still worth getting checked out if not though.

I'm eating plain white toast before bed and as soon as I get up, then fruit pastilles throughout the day. That plus drinking ginger and lemon tea seems to have curbed my crappy feeling somewhat (fingers crossed!)

Oh what a shit night! Constantly up due to night sweats (which I don't usually get), super thirsty, vivid dreams and nausea. And now I am awake at 6am, scared to stand up as I know I won't make it to the loo to be sick. Blurgh!

Oh just got a new fun symptom guys. I sneezed in bed and got a nosebleed. Wtf pregnancy.

Yeah nose bleeds are awfully common in pregnancy Lavellan bloomin suck! Hope it was only a short one?

8 weeks today! This was how far I got last time when the MMC was discovered so feels good to know at the ultrasound couple days ago all looked well. 3.5 weeks till dating scan.

My pregnancy app tpday has pointed out my uterus is now the size of an orange so that makes me feel better about having a "bump" and being tempted to resign myself to soley mat trousers

I used to get nosebleeds all the time when pregnant with DS - even just wiping my nose a bit too aggressively with tissue would set it off! Really common - along with bleeding gums when you brush your teeth!

Sorry for TMI, but is anyone else really struggling on the poo front??
I know my crappy diet because of the sickness will be affecting it, but I either can’t go at all, or it’s like a river There’s no inbetween and it’s so horrible!

Yep on the poo front. I’m eating so much fruit and veg I’m surprised I don’t look like a grape and I can just about go but it’s hard work :(

@Whisky2014 The beginning of mastitis looked like that for me. It was only sore when nursing but was otherwise just reddish and warm to the touch. I did get flu like symptoms with it though!

LOLZ can't believe I only called it sore when nursing. It was effing agony! Thought my nipple was going to come off.

Anyone around the 10/11 week mark. Are you getting more lower ab pains? The when I sneeze pain is now horrible and I can feel a dullish pain fairly often. I’m thinking it’s the round ligaments stretching etc as baby gets bigger as these weeks are supposed to be when it doubles in size but would feel happier knowing someone else is getting that too

@karigan195 yes! Coughing and sneezing = sharp pains low down on my abdomen. And twisting to either side in bed. I vaguely remember it from last time but seems a bit earlier and sharper this time.

But! Doubles in size?! I’m already in maternity jeans, I’m going to be the size of a house soon.

Yeah my app about 5 days ago said this is the start of a three week period where the baby grows rapidly and doubles in size. I’m really struggling for clothes as it is!
