August 2019 4: All the scans and hopefully the end of nausea

Hi all

Welcome to the new thread. The list of names is HUGE! It might be a better idea to start a new list after 12 week scans so we have up to date due dates. It also allows those who have bad news but don't want to share it to leave quietly if they so wish.

I don't even have a scan date! Hurry up and end first trimester.

I'm here! 12wks tomorrow! Nervously excited about my scan on weds like a lot of you all symptoms have disappeared, including overnight on Friday the bloating. Trying not to let that make me worry.

Only one week left of the first trimester whoop!

@ABearandABump yeah. My booking in was on Monday at 9+4. I'm now 10+3. No mail this weekend. I'm so impatient.

Just writing so I'm on the thread again!
I've got these tablets that dissolve in your gums for my hyperemisis but the leave an after taste of ear wax, I can't decide whether to laugh or cry 😂😂

Checking in @starryeyed13 just wanted to say I had light brown spotting after DTD and I felt my cervix get hit (then promptly adjusted position) sorry if TMI! The cervix is a lot more sensitive when pregnant. My midwife said it’s common to have spotting after sex and that sex is perfectly safe unless they have another reason to be concerned!
Have my scan this Thursday, nervous and excited! Having all the AN screenings too. Just hope all is ok!

@ScotsBaby2 I'm the same as you. By my early scan I'm 10+1 but by my dates i should be 10+4. My scan is 12 Feb - seems to far away. Desperate to book an early scan again. Xx

ABearandABump - between 14.08 & 17.08 (waiting on 12wk scan) - DC2.

Anyone else got a larger age gap? My DS will be 7 when baby comes.

@abearandabump I will have 8years between this and my youngest. My others will be 9 and 18.

@Curlywurlywoo thanks so much, that is really reassuring and makes perfect sense. I haven't had any more spotting today so hoping all is ok! I've told DH he isn't coming near me again for a while, haha!

Thanks for starting a new thread! We seem to be getting through them!! I've got my 12 week scan on Thursday so looking forward to that, especially as we didn't have an early scan! Symptoms are still here but definitely subsiding which is actually quite nice! Can't wait to tell people after the scan! Plus getting trickier to hide especially at work with my uniform getting ever tighter!

@scotsbaby2 I've checked everywhere but no luck. I had a Google and apparently it's a common problem. Is there anyway I can search for it and request to join instead? Alternatively the solution seems to be that you'll have to friend request me then send the invite again after I accept the request. You can then unfriend me once I'm in the group if you prefer. Sorry to cause such a hassle!
