Oh I'm with you on eating more than previously and making yourself feel sick! Made myself dinner with all the veggies having only had snacks all day. Now it's threatening to make a return visit, no warning. 🤢

silverrose56 · 28/10/2018 22:10

@edinburghlass1991 it was first time lucky for us too. I figured it would be harder this time as we conceived on the second try with our first. It's really hard not to keep thinking that it's all been too easy 😟

TwinkleDay · 29/10/2018 07:06

MOrning, can you add my details in DC1 and 27th June due date... technically june not July but the other boards were already hundreds of comments deep lol.

Doctors on Friday with OH see what that brings.

ratherbeshowjumping · 29/10/2018 07:18

Thanks for making a list @Frazzlerock - yep, this is DC1 for me.

How is everyone feeling this morning? I was absolutely exhausted yesterday & went to bed at 6pm 🙈 sleeping right through until my alarm went off at 5.45 this morning! I'm usually such a light sleeper but didn't even wake up when DH came to bed...!

Frazzlerock · 29/10/2018 07:32

Morning!

@twinkleday, I'll add yours for you Smile. I joined this group for the same reason, despite being technically June. Good luck with the doctors on Friday.

@ratherbeshowjumping I've updated yours too. I wish I could sleep through! I get terribly insomnia when pregnant so even though I'm exhausted, I'm still wide awake at 4am. I think it is excitement/nerves

I've been having some very lucid dreams which is different for me as i never ever remember my dreams.

Also, anyone with cats? My eldest girl won't leave me alone, she has to sit on me all the time. DP said she did it last time too (I can't remember). Apparently they can sense the pheromones in pregnancy Shock

If I don't get my scan appointment letter through today I am going to book a private scan for next Monday when I'll be 6+2. Someone mentioned Groupon and I notice they do them for £39.

I hope everyone has a good day

Laburna · 29/10/2018 07:38

@frazzlerock no cat, but my dog is the same, he's super protective. He's normally really bouncy and won't sit still but he comes to sit next to me (on me) and looks after me while I nap. He glares at my OH if he tries to come near me 🤣😂

It was a real problem with my last pregnancy and when our boy was tiny as he got quite defensive when we were out, he still does if the dogs get to close to him but he's learnt to do it more subtle than he was!

StargazyDrifter · 29/10/2018 07:41

Morning everyone!

Feeling exhausted and definitely getting very vivid dreams, some a bit disconcerting.

Have a great day everyone - a crisp beautiful day. 😊🍂

ratherbeshowjumping · 29/10/2018 08:00

@Frazzlerock @Laburna my dogs are exactly the same. We have a very bouncy 5 month old pup & he sits very quietly with the tip of his nose on my belly... adorable 😍

Yes to the lucid dreams too... I'm not usually able to remember mine but very clearly recalled Rod Stewart (?????) telling me I was going to be a huge star? FWIW, I'm 25 & can't hold a tune to save my life. So no idea where that one came from 🤣

Frazzle - £39 is a great price - if you don't mind me asking, whereabouts are you? We are south west & the cheapest I've found was £59 & not until 7 weeks.

Frazzlerock · 29/10/2018 08:12

@ratherbeshowjumping I'm in Sevenoaks (Kent) but work in London . I've found one in Dartford and another in London when I entered Sevenoaks as a location. Both offer early 'viability' scans for £39

ratherbeshowjumping · 29/10/2018 09:50

@Frazzlerock you're lucky you're so central - we've just found one in Exeter who do 6 weeks so think we'll book for the weekend of 10/11th. It's £79 🙈 but DH is keen.

Starryeyed1001 · 29/10/2018 09:57

Another one here having crazy dreams and also getting up on the night to go to the loo which I never usually do, my aim for today is to stop checking my knickers every half hr expecting the worse 😬

Frazzlerock · 29/10/2018 10:28

@Starryeyed1001 I check the tissue everytime I go to the loo which is about every 20 mins at the moment as I'm drinking so much. My hands are destroyed from washing them so much!

Starryeyed1001 · 29/10/2018 11:06

I know! It’s crazy how much I need to go to the loo at the min! I don’t even think I’m drinking much more than usual it’s just going straight through! And the boobs! I was coming downstairs last night and the pain in them was ridiculous!

Frazzlerock · 29/10/2018 11:30

I'm constantly drinking, my mouth is so dry. I worked out I'm drinking over 5 litres of water a day Shock . I've started adding cordial as water is so boring to be drinking and doesn't shift the metal taste. So I'm probably having way too much sugar and I won't touch sugar free artificial rubbish.

Also, I've gone off coffee Sad it might be because decaf doesn't taste so good. I miss my proper coffees, I absolutely LOVE coffee normally.

Barker26 · 29/10/2018 11:37

I've also booked an early scan, I've booked one for 7 + 4 which is the week before my booking appointment. I just want to see a heartbeat before I fly to new york early December! But didn't want to book at 6 weeks bevause apparently there's not always a heartbeat by that point so didn't want to be disappointed!? Boobs have ramped up the pain and feel much bigger no other symptoms as of yet !

edinburghlass1991 · 29/10/2018 12:14

Just popping in to say bye I started bleeding last night quite heavy so yeah I know something was amiss I truly wish everyone here well good luck!

StargazyDrifter · 29/10/2018 13:42

Oh @edinburghlass1991, so sorry to hear. Dreadful and unfair and so sudden. Hope you're looking after yourself today. hugs

awakeatnight · 29/10/2018 13:45

Sorry to hear that @edinburghlass1991. I had similar at this stage in August - EPU told me to wait until I'd stopped bleeding and test again as there's a chance you can have a bleed without miscarrying. I was to phone them back if still positive or had any concerns. Didn't happen for me but fx for you and a determined sticky bean xx
