@Pancakes7 my heart goes out to you - I'm already so anxious about my 10 week reassurance (my mmc got to 9.5 so wouldn't really be reassured any earlier...). My reflexologist (who is basically also my Counsellor in all of this) suggested visualisations. You close your eyes and play out the scene of going to the scan, really focusing on seeing your baby bouncing around happy as can be, perfect and healthy. It's really hard to do after you've suffered such trauma in the scanning room but I for one am hoping that this might be a way to ease the anxiety. In all likelihood, you will see a perfectly healthy baby and come home with a beautiful set of ultrasound photos to coo over. We will be waiting for the happy news xx

@pancakes7 what time is your scan tomorrow? just one sleep to go at least.
The sonographer talked us through the measurements she was taking and said it was measuring 1.9mm so that was a good measurement. Will just see what comes back as when combined with everything else but hope that's a good sign. xx

So today was the due date for the baby I lost. Its so silly but I didn’t realise it was Remembrance Day. We went and watched the local parade and for the first time in years I Listened to the service. Was quite emotional.

Im not spiritual or woo at all in any way, but the most amazing thing happened during the 2 minute silence. I’ve attached a photo, because I can’t put into words how much hope this has given me that everything is going to be ok.

@awakeatnight Thank you, that's a really helpful suggestion. I will try that. I've been excited but now it's nearly here, I'm anxious. Scans at 9am, so atleast its early. I hope I can sleep tonight. I struggled last night.

Think positive (hard I know and I'm not the best at taking my own advice) looking forward to seeing your pic and having a guess with the nub! I did another post on mn re. Nub and everyone (granted only 5 ppl replied) but they all said girl!!! I really hope it is a girl! For me I'd prefer a girl but I know I'd be happy with another boy too and my son really wants a brother, so we shall see...
I'm in two minds about booking a 16 week scan, I don't want to now wait until 20 weeks as it just seems way too long! Eek! What are others doing?!

Omg I'm so anxious, I feel almost like I did at my 7 week scan. I feel so sick I can't eat anything. Managed to make my DH nervous now. Aarrrgghh

@HalfBloodPrincess such a lovely photo - I too believe in those signs! Perhaps it's just the time of year but I swear since I fell pregnant I've seen more, and more beautiful rainbows than I've ever noticed before 🌈 personal fave so far was this "squinter" of a double rainbow from my daughter's bedroom window

Baby is all good and very wriggly. She commented on how wriggly it is lol. I'm actually 13 weeks so moved forward 3 days. New due date 20th May.

Thank you @Kisses4u and @Swisbest2. I'm so happy and excited now. I told my boss but only him. He will tell MD. Then will wait till. Friday to tell everyone else. They said if high risk you get a phone call in 2-3 working days. So by Friday I'm ok. But I'm feeling positive. Baby was cheeky. Had it's hand over it's face, then rolled over. I had to wriggle my hips to get baby to roll back lol.
