Hi girls.
Was sitting at home being lazy so thought I’d start a new thread for ya’ll.
Well done for noticing Rachie

The jeans I could still wear up to the day before my surgery are now very uncomfortable. Still tie up but barely! Trying out the jojo bump band today. Had cheap ones from topshop last time and found them useless so not holding out much hope!

@MagicalCreatures, you have the same due date and you’re my neighbour going by where you had your scan.... perhaps we’ll end up on the same labour ward

I'm definitely finding out.. doubt I'll be able to wait until August 1st for my 21 week scan. Thinking of paying privately at 16-17 weeks. I've seen deals at BabyBond for £59 with 4D images included..🙈

My Boppy full body maternity pillow arrived today. It's so comfortable, especially for my back. I highly recommend ladies 👍🏻

It’s killing me! But I couldn’t know and not tell him.

Is there a particular reason your OH doesn't want to know? Or is it purely just to be a surprise? I never could wait.. and having an envelope with the result right there would be too much for me! I'd have to bin it or give it to someone who I trust so I wouldn't open it! But I'd have zero self-control with something like that so kudos to you and your OH! Congratulations on the harmony results, too :)

He wants a surprise. I think after 3 miscarriages in 9 months, conceiving with a condom, having major surgery and actually making it to 13 weeks is surprise enough myself!

Congrats everyone! @paranormal you have iron willpower. The day I got my Panorama test back I cried some reeeeeally ugly tears in the office at work! Hilariously everyone who sees our scan pics is convinced we are having a girl - it’s lovely having a little bit of secret knowledge on the gender

We’re gonna find out the sex. Booking a private scan at 16 weeks. I’m far too impatient. I’m the person that read the last chapter in a book before the first 😳

I can’t wait to find out the sex! Will find out 5 weeks today 😁

Oooooo lovely scan pictures ladies. Starting to get jealous. Mines on Tuesday and it can’t come quick enough.
@Bora8 28th Nov was my due date for my daughter (I was brought forward too) and she came on the 1st December- closer to my expected due date.
I’m hoping that we can hold off finding out the sex again. It was so nice after all that hard work getting a surprise. But it’s so practical knowing now- do I continue to keep girls clothes or sell 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had my official scan today (had others this week after a car accident) - and hooray I can now breathe a big sigh of relief!

My due date has moved slightly up to the 26/27 December, but this one is definitely DEFINITELY a section so I imagine I'll be holding baby before Christmas!

It was amazing telling my boys today 😍 and so nice it's out there.

Now to last until I can find out what we're having....

My local private sonography studio can perform sexing scans from 14+4 weeks so I'm booking a scan for when I'm 15 weeks along and I cannot wait! I'm so exited!
Only 1 week and 6 days left!!!!
I think it just makes buying things and preparing a little easier! I'm just too impatient not to know 😜

Had my 12 week scan yesterday.
My date has moved forward from 28th to 21st Dec.

Can't wait to find out if a boy or girl, hoping this sickness would hurry up & go away after having a bad week of it.

Has anyone else had sickness where you wake up in the middle of the night, chuck, and then fall back asleep? Last night was the third time this week. I feel dreadful all day and then bam! Weirdest thing and knackering. Not to mention gross for DP who somehow is still sympathetic 😬

Wow decemeber18 that’s super early! Would you not worry how accurate it was? Mind you, you have the 20 week scan as ‘back up’ to double check! How exciting!

I can’t see the username of the person who posted the most recent scan pic but it’s lovely! I say that’s a girl.

I’ve got my scan in 3 hours and 15 minutes and I’m nervous AF. I feel sick I’ve got such bad anxiety. It’s excited nerves as well as nervous nerves!

Also the nhs scan did you guys have to pay for the pics? We had to pay £5... I was like WHAT?? a £1 a pic I'd say yeah cool. And we were lucky cos in the end the midwife gave us extra cos we switched our appointment for her.. apparently most people only get 1 pic for £5!! We ended up with 4! Crazy!

Yeah £5 is what I’ve paid before. Even for DS1 who is 11.

It said on my letter I'd have to pay £3 a pic but the sonographer gave four to me for free.. the only one I paid for was a DVD copy of my daughters anomaly scan.. which I think I paid about £7 for 10 years ago.

I paid £10 for 6 but I didn't mind as the money goes back into the maternity unit xx
