Thankyou @cakelaur even my midwife didn't reassure me to be honest. My period were scatty and long but on an estimate I've just had a look and it near enough matches up! Hopefully that explains it and it's innocent x

Goldilocks what a great picture. Getting my harmony results on Thursday and if all is well will tell family. Want to keep it quiet at work a while though as applying for promotion.

Will find it hard though as having had abdominal surgery my stomach muscles are not incredibly weak and unable to hold in my belly. So I’ve really popped out.

@GoldilocksTheGraceless and @MagicalCreatures lovely scans! Made me a tad emotional. I'm not crying, it's hayfever 😊 good luck to everyone else having scans this week!

Does anybody do yoga/pregnancy classes? Should I be looking into this

@xLeanne128 I'm glad it lines up! I've now gone through and made a note of when my period would be due each month just so I don't panic myself.

Hi everyone, I am new here! 15 weeks today. I hope you’re all getting on well. Got NIPT back and starting to get comfortable telling a few more people now. Anyone else had any weird reactions from friends and family yet?! I’ve had some funny ones

Yeah my OH feinted and my mum nearly peed herself haha! A couple of girls in work cried too 😂😂

Haha my sister cried too - funniest was my in laws who said they’d given up hope we’d ever have a baby! My grandparents (very lucky to still have those) are still speechless a week later!

Yeah my in laws are the same 😂
Took us 7 years, so I call this baby my little lottery ticket... we wer told we needed IVF to conceive and there was next to no chance it would happen naturally 😂
... well we proved them wrong they are full of sh*t... my mum still cries when she talks about being a nanny... it's gonna be her 1st she's so exited!

@December2018 huge congrats on your pregnancy! My mum’s first grandchild too - she has already gone overboard on baby clothes

I ordered a teeeny tiny pair of dr martens in black today I'm so exited for them to arrive
They were £30 but so worth it in cuteness!

@ameliaclem can highly recommend Pregnancy Yoga. Really wonderful and a great intro to yoga if you fancy doing it after baby is born too.

Morning all, lots of scans tomorrow! Friday is coming so slowly.

Does anyone use any other pregnancy forums? MN pregnancy forum is incredibly quiet. I don’t like the namby pamby nethuns but I sill like stalking the odd forum that I can relate to.

Hey @justvent - I actually just left another forum and came here, this seems like the friendliest one. I guess once scan pics start to come through it might busy up a bit I have my 16 week midwife appt next week. Feels like years until I get to 20 weeks but then I think about how far we’ve all come to get to here!

I can't believe I'm still waiting for me 12 week scan it feels like it's been ages since I've found out and the wait is killing me! 8 days to go... anyone else still waiting for their 12 week scan?

@roomarmoset for your scan appointment date? Or waiting for the day of your actual scan?

I’m still waiting for my actual scan, I’ve got it on Friday. I’m due at the very end of December so I’m the last to do everything on this thread!

Had my cervix length checked today. It’s shortening fast but stitch is holding thankfully. Sneak peek at baby too which is always nice.

Hi @JustVent, the date for my actual scan is 21st June. I feel like I'm so behind everyone else! I have a feeling my EDD of 27th December may be pushed back a couple of days.

Have you had any early scans? I had one at 6.5 weeks due to previous complications but I don't know if that's made me worry more!

That’s the same as my due date as well, 27th of December! In all my past pregnancies I’ve always been about 13 weeks when I have the scan, so I’m surprised it’s not next week.

I had an early scan at 8 weeks.
I’ve got a Doppler and can hear a very loud clear heartbeat which is lovely and reassuring.

My sister in law just sent me this... I don't know whether it will work but it's an incredible video! XX

There’s better videos out there. That one scrambled my brain with the flipping and speeding and noise.

I've never seen any of the others but I really liked that one
