Not yet. I blamed a migraine I've got a series of important meetings to attend tomorrow so have to go in regardless but will tell them during my return to work.

Bleurgh... feeling so sick, loads worse than with DS, I was fine until the weekend and then it ramped up suddenly. Only feel ok when I am eating but the thought of eating makes me feel sick.

How is everyone else feeling?

@intelligentPutty and@Twinkletoes2018. I think it might be a coincidence, at least I hope it is. My friend suffered all through her pregnancy. It's eased today but I still have a few niggles

I'm frantically googling "when does morning sickness peak" because I'm starting to struggle with the way I'm feeling. I'm now throwing up just looking at my toothbrush. Have cut out a drink in the morning to try and reduce the severity of the sickness.

Have started using chewing gum as that seems to take the revolting taste away for a few hours but days at work are really hard. I've got some time booked off in early March but that feels like such a long time away!

Me too @Hollymchollyface and @kirinm - so sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. DH finds my retching hilarious and answers back like I've been talking to him when he hears me. If it was the other way around he'd spend 3 months in bed!

I’m so tired. So so tired. Not at all feeling sick this morning - partly the reason for my scan this afternoon as I’m a bit worried. Apart from sheer exhaustion and niggling uterus pains I’m feeling fine. 8+5.

Does anyone know the answer to this? I've had 3 different occasions of sick over the last year so i know any sickness will trigger unpaid sick (I'm off today and yesterday with flu symptoms, so not pregnancy related). However the last 2 weeks I've not gone in twice due to being so sick with the pregnancy. I work in a hospital so not as easy for me to carry on throwing up every so often. Now I know that pregnancy related sickness doesn't get counted against you, but would it mean I don't get paid for it as I've already had my 3 occasions of unrelated pregnancy sickness? Sorry if that doesn't make a lot of sense, I can't seem to find it on google anywhere!

Sorry I don't know the answer @Fia256 but it sounds like that is a specific rule to your workplace? I think different companies have different agreements for sick pay but not 100% on this.

Sorry you are also feeling sick @kirinm but sounds reassuring after your concerns last week?

Good luck for your scan @Mona, I'm still undecided whether to book an early scan or to wait. Is anyone else waiting for the 12 week?

I'm with you @kirinm once again I'm 9+4 and my nausea has escalated to throwing up everything all times of day. Can't keep a thing down and I'm permanently acid burnt in my chest :( I have a job in personal tax so I'm working 11 hours min right now. Roll on Thursday when I can spend the day in bed!

Sorry for all you feeling sick. Guess u tried ginger teas etc.? Sorry if stupid question. I never got sick in any pregnancies which means I'm just sitting poking my boobs every hour or so to check if it's still sensitive.
Was totally not last night so woke up this morning in the worst sad mood.

Those of you with sickness seem to be really suffering, it must be awful. I hope it passes for you soon.

Baby has finally caught up! Measuring 8+5 with a tilted uterus and a heartbeat of 171 bpm. So bloody happy.
