Its realising you have leaked through the pads when in public. They used to take the piss out of me at my baby group with HV as I used to pack a huge bag of stuff for changing, including a T-shirt change for me too, as I never knew if I'd leak or DD would vomit all over me!

Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 20:00

DKMA! You sound like a nightmare baby!

Dontknowmyarsefrommyelbow · 25/04/2007 20:00

You know what they say.....
What goes around ....... comes around!
I bet I have a right dirty little bugger!

doggus · 25/04/2007 20:00

Innocent - why are poos when fully weaned worse? Seansgirl?

And daisy - it was you way back in Nov/Dec that said you had a 'very pukey baby', which opened my eyes a bit!

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 20:00

This is all getting too much for my poor weak blabber....I'm off to finish my pram blanket...in lovely cream cashmere which needs to be handwashed.....WTF was I thinking...would be better in orange nylon

I know Daisy, but at least its easier than loping your norks out again and sitting around for 30-40mins! God I'm such a model Mother!

Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 20:02

Daisy LOL you dafty! Handwash??????

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 20:02

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 20:03

Doggus well, once they are eating proper food (just like mum and dad) they have proper poss just like mum and dad IYSWIM! Its a great incentive to potty train believe me!

Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 20:04

Poss? poos!!!!

Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 20:05

I think I'd better do something like empty the dishwasher before DH comes back, instaed of being an idle cow.........

hollyandalice · 25/04/2007 20:09

Nah don't bother seansgirl. Housework is for the weak!

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 20:10

To get back to reality.......how do Vertbaudet sizes work? holly?.....is 2YR up to 2YR etc....ie should I get 6YR for a 5YR old???

OP posts:
annobal · 25/04/2007 20:10

Someone once told me that milk poos smell like strawberries - WTF!! Obviously had problems with sinuses...

At least breast is better than bottle poos - YUCK!

Then there is also the teething poo...

(smells of vinegar and something else horrid that I can't even define)

annobal · 25/04/2007 20:11

Think it is up to 2 yrs Daisy.

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 20:12

didn't notice anyhitng different with DS when he was teething....but, he has a good healthy bowel and I used to get four poos a day...even on bottles and beyond....still didn't get him potty trained till nearly three....that's a lot of pooey nappies!!

Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 20:13

I don't know what Holly would say on the sizes Daisy, but I find them very small, and usually add 2 years on. All french clothes that MIL brings over with her are small too.

Dontknowmyarsefrommyelbow · 25/04/2007 20:14

Surfin on some other threads and saw this
and thought 'what a fuckin nobbish thing to talk about' Much rather talk shit!

hollyandalice · 25/04/2007 20:15

I would get 6 yrs daisy. My dd wears vertbaudet 2 yrs and normally (Next, M&S) she is only 12-18 or 18-24 months. They come up small, esp if your ds is tall.

Interesting product ! Just get your norks out ffs, no-one gives a shit and if they do tell them to piss off!!

TALLULAHBELLE · 25/04/2007 20:17

Has the Tourettes Fairy been by then?

Have just had to skim through thousands of messages to try and catch up. Knew it was a mistake to go back to work this week. Too late to post all the things that came to mind as I was reading. Did make the mistake of mentioning to DH about the oral prostaglandins - FUCK, what have I let myself in for?

Dontknowmyarsefrommyelbow · 25/04/2007 20:18

H&A - that product should come with a sufocation (sp?) warning.
Or entitled 'how to give your child claustrophobia' (again sp?)

hollyandalice · 25/04/2007 20:18

That is well knobby dkma! Who gives a shit? That has to be the most boring subject to have a thread about!

hollyandalice · 25/04/2007 20:21

I know! It should also come with a "made from fabric just like your granny's curtains" warning too!
