DS1 used to throw up a full feed in my bed all the time. Little sod.

doggus · 25/04/2007 19:48

Daisy - you must have thought you had given birth to the Exorcist baby, four feet is impressive.

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 19:48

PMSL Foxy.......I'm gonna try rabbit food and see if that works just as well.....

there's gonna be a backlash....you mark my words

No, the smell never goes, and just when you're out you notice DH standing with a white stain down the back of his shirt that you missed......... And someone mentioned it earlier (delor?) breast milk all over the bed in the morning........urrrgghhhh

annobal · 25/04/2007 19:49

DS2 used to wait until he was in the moses basket so could get a 2nd go at the bed while I was hosing the moses basket down...

Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 19:50

Daisy thats soooo sensible (on the sofa) I really want a new one but not sure if I can wait....

Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 19:51

Annobal

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 19:51

LOL Doggus....I spent several evenings feeding him in the scud, wiht him just in a nappy, and the biggest towel covering the armchair....he spent a whole evening feed then vom, feed then vom...you get the picture.......thinking back that might have been my lowest point ....shortly after that I stopped BF and (looking over shoulder....Sssshhhh or I will be in trouble) his vom wasn't quite as bad....still after every feed but never projectile!!

hmm, and that stale milky smell follows you around everywhere. You can't work out why until the penny drops - ITS YOU! Euuurgh! We're having babies in the summer - oh stinky fucking soggy milky bras.

BTW Lansinoh pads are good because they have a sticky bit which keeps them in place.

Still fucking stink though.

Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 19:52

can't you tell that DH is late and is bringing tea from the chippy.......

Dontknowmyarsefrommyelbow · 25/04/2007 19:52

just popped back to check on what I've missed over the last 1/2 hour.......
fuckin brilliant!!

foxybrown · 25/04/2007 19:53

still, formula poos are really so much fucking worse

foxybrown · 25/04/2007 19:53

am off to phone for take away.

Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 19:53

I know Foxy, its too late to back out now. Feeding on demand again.......... oh joy!

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 19:54

I can hardly read this for tears of laughter....we should have our own show...."Grumpy Pregnant Women"

We might even make the talk round-up.....again....

OP posts:
Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 19:54

Yes, but poos when fully weaned are far far far worse........

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 19:55

Yup...they stink big time, but at least they don't run everywhere

hollyandalice · 25/04/2007 19:55

Bleugh! Then you take out the breast pads and they are all heavy and stinky and warm! I forgot that smell! Dd was born in May so I had the whole summer stinky warm milk thing with her too. Luckily she wasn't a vomiter, just a squirty shitter!

Seansgirl · 25/04/2007 19:55

What you having from the takeaway Foxy? Curry? Chinese? Pizza?

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 19:56

what do you mean again Seansgirl...DS still demands to be fed on a regular basis....at least now he can open the fridge and help himself though!!

Dontknowmyarsefrommyelbow · 25/04/2007 19:56

My mum takes great delight in telling anyone who'll listen that when I was a baby during the night I would take my nappy off and rub it up against the wall next to my cot! I also used to chuck fistfulls of pooh accross my room, and smear it all over my cot and myself!
What a dirty fucking little shit I was!!!!

Daisybump · 25/04/2007 19:57

If we keep this up we'll need another thread title this bloody evening
