Well I didn't really get much of a nap but I've had a bath and feel a bit better for that. Am getting v annoyed with all the phonecalls - I've had 6 today (4 from mum) and every time someone rings poor DH gets disconnected from his work (he's working from home today)

SOSPL - grr to your hubby...hope he changes his mind.

CD - re ring slings, I saw a nice sling on ebay then when I started reading about them I thought a ring sling sounded better...have been looking at a few but can't decide. Have seen some gorgeous expensive ones but can't really afford them (they were a bit girly too so DH probably wouldn't have let me have it - he wants something we can both use)

Glad you have got things sorted with DH SOSPL - I would have been really cross too...they really should know better!

Ellie - re your midwife - that is really disgusting...hope she has a better attitude tomorrow.

Emmy - glad your having a nice day...I've been to James nursery with my Mum so that they know who she is for when she is taking him next week, then back into the garden - I've REALLY caught the sun this afternoon! James has been cleaning stones in a basin of water pretending to be Makka Pakka from In The Night Garden sigh

Just popping in to say hello and congrats to all the April Mummies who have delivered.

Still have 2 weeks to go here,although I don't think I'm going to last that long as I'm up the hospital being monitored nearly everyday for possible pre-eclampsia.
Baby is also very big.Had a scan at 35 weeks and he was already 7lbs 3oz,so I'm probably looking at around 10lbs by the time he's born.
Anyway...hope you are all keeping well and I shall let you know when he arrives.

Had trauma about the school thing again this morning so dh and I are going to sit down tonight and get our act together for the appeal next week. I think lack of sleep and baby and contractions are pushing my tolerance levels to the limit.

Had lovely afternoon with the boys - went into Bath on the bus, did crafts and some shopping - they were angelic - I knew they could be - just so rare!!! Gap had a sale on so bought myself some tracksuit bottoms and a nice t shirt. went to friends for tea and the demons took over their minds and bodies once more!

Tried my lilypadz on - they seem really good - how good they are in practice - we'll have to wait and see!

Still having contractions - pretty much all day today - about every 1/2 hour - sore but not sure doing anything still!
