Re men - I also like older (although mine is nearly 6 years younger...) - Like the sound of Bugmum's hippie bloke tbh...

Buttwise I like rugby player's butts (and thighs... mmmm). Think Kyran Bracken (sp) in Dancing on Ice....

Morning - Can't sleep - nothing as exciting as labour, I think - though a bit heavy and windy. Feeling sick too, but weird kind of sick - all weird in the back of my throat - yuk....

Morning all,

Still here waiting (EDD 4th). Had an awful night. I didn't even turn the light off until 4am - dreadful backache, couldn't get comfortable in any position. Thought it might be the start of something, but doesn't seem to be turning into contractions.

Hope everyone else had a better sleep.

Oh well got a sweep today and that thought has woken me up so much in the night I couldn't even take advantage of the lie in i was given

I am really aprehensive about it. I think it's that i just so want it to work that if it doesn't i'm gonna be really p**d off.

Anyway will keep you up to date, or EAH/Birdiebump will. WOnder if i can do my labour online like Pinions did Mind you that would be if i actually ever go into labour ever which is not lokking likely!!

Also AngeG - LOVED the pics you sent - especially the one of you Izzy and DS - the smile on his face brought tears to my eyes to be honest.

Eddas - v good luck for your sweep - it got me going last time so fingers crossed for you.

Clarice - sorry to hear about your crap night, hope you are feeling a bit brighter.

Didn't update yesterday - felt like poo - banging sore head and just feeling pants in general - had a kip about 4.30 yesterday afternoon which helped but when I went to bed I was getting definate niggles....like mild period pain. Had a restless night and have had an almighty "clear out" this morning....

Wondering if this is the beginnings of something but dare not even hope!

Hope all are well...I cannot beleive that Ic an say that a week today I will have my baby! This time next week I will be in hospital for my section! (If it doesn't do an Izzy and decide to come before).

Off to catch up

P.S Hope you all had a nice Easter - the amount of chocolate in our house is OBSCENE!

Yes WO - still feeling poorly. ... but OK apart from that ....

Got back to bed and fell asleep about 6am - DD1 woke up at 6.15 - So feeling surprisingly ok on not much sleep - sure I'll be feeling it later though. Sigh.

Gotta go and have a shower - have a/n appt at 9am and promised DD1 she could come with me - so have to be hyper organised cos she is the biggest dawdler in the world .....

Morning all

I had a crap nights sleep too. It's starting to feel like my bosy and baby are teasing me Was getting major pains last night - starting in my back then moving round to the front. But there was no real pattern to them. And then they stopped.

I'm feeling a bit sick this morning - but nervous, butterflies in tummy sick iykwim. Sort of how I feel before a job interview (or checking my bank balance)

Eddas - really hope the sweep starts things for you

I get a sweep next weekend if nothings happened by then.

Had an ok night, but like everyone else, toss and turn most of the time and feel unrested. Still getting a bit of blood-streaked mucus - SORRY FOR TMI AT BREAKFAST!!
and the odd twinge, but I think this could go on for an age.

Right, need to get showered and dressed, so will catch up later on.
