Forgot to say...

Congratulations guys! Let's hope we've all got happy, sticky little babies in there! Fingers crossed for you all 🙂

Thelostsock · 23/07/2017 16:13

Me too! Also my first and feel like I could sleep for days. Very sore boobs but no sickness yet.

Trying not to get too excited just yet as such a long way to go, but fingers crossed for all of us x

MegsMog · 24/07/2017 08:07

If I get that far then I will definitely be having an early scan (possibly more than one Blush) - I think I'll be sent for one by my GP due to history, then if all continues to be well we will pay for one before we go on holiday in early September.

I've been feeling queasy on and off for the last couple of days, and also quite tired as not sleeping brilliantly (that might just be life with a toddler though!)

I've got my RMC clinic appointment on Thursday so that's my first milestone, then I'll be looking towards a 6-7 week scan.

Sarmi · 24/07/2017 10:22

Good morning all!

I still can't get over the temptation to keep POAS! I've made an appointment to get a blood test tomorrow and I'm also going to see my doctor.

Definitely want as early scan but trying to wait till 7 or 8 weeks. I was an emotional wreck last BFP as the scans didn't show anything and I knew it was a mc from the start.

Felt super queasy this morning but now feel absolutely fine with no preg symptoms whatsoever. Hmm

boatrace30 · 24/07/2017 10:31

I'm still poas! Just to check the line is getting darker! (It is)

From past experience I'd advise not worrying too much about symptoms as they come and go at this stage (though of course I will fail miserably to follow my own advice!!)

Sam91TRS15 · 24/07/2017 11:12

Haha I POAS again today and got the pregnant on the digi! So hoping that will stop me going out and buying more! It is so horrible about all the mc's but I'm glad we can all go through this nerve wracking time together! How far is everybody? I'm 5+0 today according to my app, apart from me thinking I'm feeling queesy (I think it's in my head) the only symptom I'm getting is mild cramping (not on and off though, more like a dull pain all the time), I don't remember this in either my last 2 pregnancies so I'm not sure if it's a good or a bad thing?

PoppySeed2017 · 24/07/2017 11:37

I'm exactly the same as you Sam (according to my app). 5 weeks exactly today. Although i'm pretty sure it's more like 4 weeks.

Really trying not to google, but it's tricky!

No real symptoms for me apart from tiredness. I kind of want some nausea to reassure me this is actually real?!

Think I might do another test tomorrow morning...

Sarmi · 24/07/2017 12:18

@sam It's great seeing pregnant on the CB digital but then I obsess about the weeks and hoping they'll increase lol it's a terrible addiction.

I keep forgetting tiredness is one of the biggest pregnancy symptoms at this stage. I had two 3 hour naps this weekend as well and come to think of it, napping was what made me take a pregnancy test last week!

Ruthisnice · 24/07/2017 13:16

I hadn't poas stick since last week but reading all your posts made me do one again this morning Grin It went super dark straight away (before the control line came up) so I don't think I'll feel the need to do another one - phew!

What apps are you guys using? My period tracker has a pregnancy mode but it's not great as it only counts the weeks from my last period and I have a long cycle so it thinks I'm 7w already (I'm definitely not!) I just downloaded one called "I'm expecting" but I'm not sure I like it. I can't get the mumsnet one as I'm on android Sad.

Ruthisnice · 24/07/2017 13:18

stick

RU486 · 24/07/2017 13:40

Hello ladies! According to my app I'm 4 wks 3 days and am exhausted! Felt a bit sick a couple of times, no sore boobs but didn't get that in my first pregnancy either.

Want to poas again but we are on hol and will have to wait til next week now...

Sarmi · 24/07/2017 13:53

@Ruthisnice I have the Ovia pregnancy app and I really like it to far. You can even give your bean a name and all the articles and updates in the app will pre populate with the same name. It just makes it a bit more personal.

Ruthisnice · 24/07/2017 14:19

@sarmi oooh I like the sound of that Smile. Thanks for the advice!

Thelostsock · 24/07/2017 21:03

@Sarmi thanks, I've just downloaded too. DH decided the bean nickname will be Percy Hmm

Sarmi · 24/07/2017 21:13

No problem! My dh has named ours Cutlet! Shock. He's also downloaded the app onto his phone and keeps reading through the different weeks...I keep telling him to take it slow but he's ever the optimist.

Mimilicious013 · 25/07/2017 09:23

Hello ladies , can I join?

Congratulations to you all Flowers.just got my bfp yesterday after giving up with no avail ttc for 2years.stiĺl trying to figure out how far l am but end Mar early April

RU486 · 25/07/2017 10:41

Hi Mimi! Congrats on your bfp!

Anyone else starting to feel quite nauseous yet? I'm not sure if it's all in my head

Mimilicious013 · 25/07/2017 13:14

Thanks Ru , l haven't felt any nausea yet which is why I didn't think I was pregnant but I have had it early on in previous pregnancy. It might not be in your head hun.

Sam91TRS15 · 25/07/2017 16:04

No nausea yet for me, though I've read it mostly starts about 6 weeks, so I'm hoping to get some signs of nausea next week! Got my booking appointment for 2 weeks time, so not too long to wait!
Luckily with the digi test I took it didn't say how many weeks. Just said pregnant (clear and simple test) so I don't feel the urge to test again for the number of weeks. At least not yet.

MegsMog · 25/07/2017 16:58

I've had a bit of v mild nausea over the last few days but nothing to write home about.

My main complaint is my face; I look like a pizza. Vile. And I've got a wedding to go to on Saturday. Anyone else?

sparklebumfluffybutt · 25/07/2017 18:18

Got my bfp at few hours ago... think I am due April 5th. DH and I had discussed the idea of another child (this was the first cycle we didn't use protection) but around ovulation time I panicked it was too early to ttc and asked him to withdraw - obviously that didn't make a difference in the end! This is my third - I am really happy but a bit 'oh holy fuck!' as well! ShockGrin
Congrats to all!

RU486 · 25/07/2017 18:33

Hi Sparkle! I feel a bit like you! This will be our second and was our first month trying, after a day of chasing my 17month old around I'm a little bit scared of things to come... but also very excited and hoping for the best - congrats to you!

sparklebumfluffybutt · 25/07/2017 18:47

Hi RU!

It is exciting but a bit terrifying too! I do feel a bit sick but not sure if that's in my head...

Just realised I have told internet 'strangers' before my own DH... he is home soon though!

boatrace30 · 25/07/2017 20:30

I'm getting occasional waves of nausea... could be in my head. But also not sure if I would if I wasn't pregnant!
Lots of spots too @MegsMog

boatrace30 · 25/07/2017 20:32

And big congrats @Mimilicious013 . We're coming up to the 1year TTC mark. And that's been long enough.
