I have just got a (faint) BFP which, going by ovulation, would give me an EDD of March 2nd.

I recently had two early MC so I'm definitely not getting excited yet - but equally trying to stay positive and believe this one might just stick, hence starting this thread!

This would be my second DC, I have a DD who is 26 months.

Anyone else?!

@1000jobstodo I didn't get any nausea with my first pregnancy and haven't so far ( am 6w2d) I think some of us are just lucky Smile

ZylaB · 18/07/2017 20:30

stumbly I ran to the loo at toddler group after lunch because I felt really wet like blood, I wasn't bleeding Blush

GiveMeTheTeaAndNobodyGetsHurt · 18/07/2017 20:44

Ah, the dreaded pant snot! Mine's started too, gross isn't it???

ZylaB · 18/07/2017 20:52

Yeah 😂

Countdowntofour · 18/07/2017 20:55

The nausea thing, I had nausea for a few weeks with dd1, nothing with dd2 or dd3, and this one is on/off all day - so no nausea is totally fine, count yourself lucky :D

MrsW0812 · 18/07/2017 20:55

@Bluebell93 my edd is 20 March and it's my first too so we are in a v similar boat. I've had no sickness etc just tiredness etc x

MrsW0812 · 18/07/2017 20:58

What is pant snot? @ZylaB @GiveMeTheTeaAndNobodyGetsHurt

1000jobstodo · 18/07/2017 21:03

Oh thanks all you've made me feel much better. Last time around I felt sick constantly, but I'm hoping I'm just lucky this time and it won't kick in for a few more weeks!
Bluebell although I had nausea last time I wasn't once ever sick- so here's hoping you're the same!

BlueeSpottyTiger · 18/07/2017 21:04

I have pant snot too! So glamrous being pregnant isn't it!
I had to come home from work 1.5hours before finishing this evening i felt horrid... still do. I haven't actually been sick yet except from in my mouth.

hometownunicorn · 18/07/2017 21:08

Hi, can I join? I just got a BFP, after a MC back in march. I make my due date around the end of march 2018 (cycles a bit messed up post mc, so I'm not completely sure how long they are anymore). I'm tentatively feeling pleased about it.

ZylaB · 18/07/2017 21:15

@MrsW just more discharge than usual so feeling a bit damp in the pants 😂

MrsW0812 · 18/07/2017 21:22

Oh yeah @ZylaB I'm getting that 🤧😩

stumblymonkeyagain · 18/07/2017 21:23

Yep...pant snot. This is what keeps happening every day.

I feel like I'm bleeding. Make excuses and run to the toilet and find, nope, just more discharge. Lovely!

I'm a bloated, sweaty, nauseous, sleep deprived, damp beauty to behold right now Grin

stumblymonkeyagain · 18/07/2017 21:24

Just started reading through miscarriage threads. That was a bad idea!

FuzzyOwl · 18/07/2017 21:46

Welcome @hometownunicorn and I hope everything goes well this time.

Is there a Facebook group for us yet that I can join?

mrskitty15 · 18/07/2017 21:47

Step away from the miscarriage threads!

whereareyousleep · 18/07/2017 21:49

Anybody else craving salt I want it on everything I'm worried it means I'm deficient in something or maybe it's just one of those weird pregnancy things. Didn't have it with my first Confused

FuzzyOwl · 18/07/2017 21:53

Not yet @whereareyousleep but it was a craving whet DC1 (although only on chips) and I continued craving it long after giving birth. I do seem to have developed a liking for raw onions in the last couple of days which might or might not be a craving. I have the strangest diet at the best of times, so it is often hard to tell!

mrskitty15 · 18/07/2017 22:09

In my first pregnancy I had a huge craving for Ice cubes. I used to sit and crunch and eat them by the bowl. I later found out it was apparently because I was iron deficient.

SheSaidHeSaid · 18/07/2017 22:28

Nope, no Facebook group as yet. If someone makes one I'll likely join at the 12 week stage though so remind me in a few weeks because I'll forget otherwise 😂

FuzzyOwl · 18/07/2017 22:35

I'm happy to make a FB group, if anyone wants to join it now. I figure I panic the most in the first trimester and it is easier for me to keep up on there!

Flatwhite31 · 18/07/2017 22:43

@whereareyousleep yes I'm craving salt! I'm normally a sweet rather than savoury person, so that's really different for me. Had to buy Ritz crackers to help with the nausea!

Flatwhite31 · 18/07/2017 22:51

Meant to say, welcome and congrats @hometownunicorn Smile

Excited1103 · 18/07/2017 23:20

I'm so bloody useless with secrets. Time spent with my dad was under 3 minutes when I blabbed. We were still walking to the restaurant! Turns out mum had been doing a great job of keeping it quiet. Now he's going to have fun with pretending he doesn't know and saying inappropriate things to try to break her. Poor mum.

I'm a bit damp too, but only checked 3 times this week to see if it was blood. Still so bloody knackered, if I could just lie about all day I totally would. I've also been keen on salty foods, but I seem to be on and off different food types every meal, so I don't think it's a craving, just demanding.
Particularly silly were going off cheddar cheese biscuits one day, toasted rolls the next and chocolate another.

Excited1103 · 18/07/2017 23:21

And congrats newbies!

I also checked my date-led meaningless in real life stats. Dropping from 7.5% to 6.6% tonight. Woohoo!
