flyingsprocket I'm so sorry to hear that.

I normally sleep on my side/tummy last night I was on my side and stretched to stretch my leg and bend the other leg and twice I managed to pull something in my side/stomach and then 5 seconds later fart 😂 Sometimes pregnancy is so unattractive!

@victoriaaaaaaaa your post made me laugh! I've been doing massive man burps constantly since finding out Im pregnant! Not very lady like, my partners had some funny looks when we've been walkingal along and I do it as people assume it's him haha

My headache has gotten so bad today. Booked a GP appointment just for reassurance. I know it's probably totally normal but with having preeclampsia last time I'm paranoid about blood pressure being high. Although I know it's way way to early for pree.

@SJ1989 I know all about the burps! That's one of the things that made me take a pregnancy test! I never burp but was burping like 40 times a day it was bad lol!!

For those of you getting the non-invasive prenatal test (harmony I think it's called?!)
Are you waiting to get results of this before announcing?

I can't get mine until Jul 11th as we are away
The results take 10-11 days, which means we'll be 14 weeks by the time we get the results

I want to let my bosses know as soon as possible as I'll need to discuss how they want to handle things while I'm off
I'll probably be the one to advertise, interview and train my replacement

Plus it would be nice to announce it to our extended family at a get together on Jul 15th

Victoriaaa where did you read that? I think that's nonsense! I've never heard of anyone being told to avoid onions.

sprocket just wanted to say sorry to read your news I did try to post yesterday but it would work for some reason.

HAd my booking appointment yesterday so much to fill out but still can't believe we were there for an hour it felt like 15 mins. Still hesitant to be too excited until first scan...

Help. I've just had a big gush of red blood..... what do I do? Do I call someone?

@ndo4000 it is bright red how much was there? Keep an eye on it. If needs be later on I'd ring ur local maternity assessment unit xxx

@weasledee when are you due? I'm only ment to be around 8 weeks in huge!! Xxx

Any one else struggling to think at work? I have a very fogged brain, I can't understand stuff I normally can. come on brain! I think my boss is starting to notice, I might have to come clean, only 8 weeks though

It was bright red and I felt I come like a gush...

I'd put a pad on and keep an eye over a 2 hour period. When I had my first mc that's what the hosp said to do. If you do that and ring them and they tell you to do it then you can tell them u already did it xxx

ndo are you still bleeding at all or was it just the one bit and was it heavy? When you say hush to me that sounds heavy. Do you have cramping at all? I was told up until wk16 to call dr if any concerns. Not sure what time your surgery closes? It could be different where you live of course.

Just to say as well a colleague of mine experienced this and was totally fine so try not to freak out just get seen as soon as you are able to fx all okay
