Katie the diabetes test is normally done at 28 weeks but I have heard of people getting GD a lot earlier, so i suppose it's possible that if they tested your hbac1 when you had your bloods done that they might have seen a problem and want to test you sooner? Best thing is to phone and ask.

Thanks for the new thread brio. I had my scan on friday and everything looked fine. The measurements brought me forward 8 days, so now due on 11th oct.
Going to start looking for maternity clothes this week too.

My EDD is now 5th Oct following my scan.

I need to start thinking about maternity clothes, I'm quite tall so need to find somewhere that does long length maternity trousers.

Carpe, I'm 5ft9.5 and have found the majority of H & M maternity fits my legs - had a spree there last week.
Also I think ASOS have a Tall Maternity range.

It's a pain being tall when shopping for normal clothes, let alone maternity ones!

RANT INCOMING:

What is with all these bloody shoulderless "bardot" maternity dresses online!? Surely pregnancy is one of the few guaranteed times the vast majority of women would wear a bra for some much needed support in the growing boob area?

Finally have scan on Tuesday, extremely nervous and excited at the same time!!

Ah ppleasebob I was in H&M buy didn't bother trying anything on as assumed a regular would be too short. I'm about the same height as you so will revisit. It sounds silly but I also felt a bit of a fraud in the maternity section as not really showing yet and was surrounded by heavily pregnant ladies . Will also check out ASOS......

Haha I felt like a proper fraud in John Lewis a couple of weeks ago sneakily buying a baby grow to celebrate getting through the first trimester. And now this morning I'm off to a mama and papas "parents to be" event as my friend invited me to go with her (she's 27 weeks, I'm 14+1 and pretty sure I'll have the smallest bump there!) 😂 I do definitely have a bump forming compared to my pre-pregnancy frame as I'm relatively small but to the average eye I definitely just looked like I've scoffed a lot of cake... which incidentally I have. 😂

Here you all are! I thought the other thread had gone quiet - blaming baby brain! I've been wearing a mixture of maternity wear and dresses (from when I was considerably bigger) for a week now. With ds I barely showed until gone 20 weeks and didn't even have a proper bump when I gave birth. I think I'm the same size now as when I was 20 weeks and it's definitely bump - people keep stopping me to say congratulations and ask when I'm due - they look very surprised when I say Oct. I'm a little bit annoyed as I was 2 stone lighter when I fell pregnant this time than I was last time and my stomach muscles are actually very strong!!

I feel so pregnant now. I took my ds to Tatton Park yesterday to make the most of the sunshine and was knackered when got home and my hips were killing. I went theatre last night with sil and although the performance was brilliant I felt sick and uncomfortable the whole way through. Couldn't wait for bed which was way past my usual 8.30 bedtime!

Hope you're all enjoying the beautiful weekend weather! My sickness is finally easing at almost 15 weeks, not altogether gone but I feel so much better! Yesterday I managed both a cooked breakfast and a teeny bit of chocolate, yippee!

glitter mine is also Tuesday. Bricking it. Luckily got a final day in the sun and a day of travelling in between to take my mind off it (as if that's going to happen!).

Amazing! That must have taken ages. I'm wondering if it's easier if we make a shared folder on Google drive and can all add and change it so it's not one person's responsibility? I'm not sure how to do it myself but I'm sure there must be a way?
