Morning everyone, can my edd be changed? I had my scan and am now due on the 5th October not the 10th. xx

Morning! Due date of 6th Oct for me.

Happily kitted out with plenty of maternity jeans, chinos, and (my main concern) trousers for work after going a bit wild in the online sales. Fed up of traipsing round the few places which stock them incessantly to find nothing suitable or just 4 in the same (wrong) size. Should be fine in normal tops for months, right?!!

Brio I'm having a little girl, and ELCS now going to be 12/19 at the latest as hospital have said we don't have to have it on Friday 13th 😊

Rayna am jealous of your shopping spree. I am short and hate skinny jeans and overbump jeans and that's all anywhere seems to be selling. I bought a fab pair from new look 5 years ago that were 28" leg and boot cut and underbump and very comfy and stayed up all the time, but can't find anything remotely similar now 😞

I've been awol for a few weeks, sorry! Was so scared to post incase I jinxed things and have felt rotten.
i have enjoyed reading all of your good news stories and been saddened by the losses.
Had my scan yesterday, twins doing well, measuring 12+5 so my due date is 15th October although I'll be delivered at 37 weeks which will be late September, (may I stay here?!)

Hey all, bit of a strange one. I got another copy of my scan appointment letter this morning, date/time the same but this time it included a letter saying I need a screening test for gestational diabetes. None of the risk factors apply - this is my first pregnancy, no-one in my family has diabetes, I'm within healthy BMI range (although the midwife didn't even weigh me at my booking appointment) - but now I'm worrying. Could they just have sent it to me by mistake, or have they picked up something from my blood tests?! Realistically I know I just need to wait and ask about it when I go for my scan, but there's so much to think/worry anyway and 9 days feels like a long time!

Oh that's perculiar Katie. I wouldn't worry too much, it's either a mistake or if you do have to do the test (which is usually later in 2nd trimester I think?) then I'd view it as it's a good thing they are monitoring you closely even if you have no risk factors. If it was anything to worry about on your bloods, I'm sure they would have called.
