Mid-Late November due dates

AGnu · 13/03/2017 16:35

I see there's a thread for early November due dates but I can't see that anyone's started one for the later dates yet. Not sure yet if this one will stick around but if it does it'll be our DC3, due around the 18th.

Someone come chat to me?!

Sorry model and stuck, hope you're doing OK.

I'd feel better having elcs, I think knowing what's going to happen and being in hands of professionals would be better for my mental health, which isn't always great (and I think if I can avoid what's likely to be a huge source of anxiety for me because of various worries about vaginal birth, that will really help). But I'm not convinced I'll be allowed on that basis.

Also been feeling cold, strange if that's a symptom.

TeaAndPjs · 15/04/2017 21:17

I spend my days overheating and soon as it hits about 6pm I'm freezing all night!

Hopeful25 · 15/04/2017 21:46

Stuck model so sorry to hear your news, take you time and allow yourself to grieve how you feel you need to xxxxxxx

I'm normally such a hot person but from about 5 weeks I started getting periods of the day where I get really cold - my family think it's hilarious.

Nausea really affecting me- worse in the evenings.

Love the name November biscuit munchers, I'll put my thinking hat on to see if I can come up with anymore xx

Hopeful25 · 15/04/2017 22:03

Oh just had an idea for thread, this thread has lasted about a month so the next thread should take us to our 12 week scans? Could we reference that and the biscuit munchers ?

November biscuit munchers and 12 weeks scans ?
( sorry I'm sooo not creative with names and puns :( slopes off to munch on a biscuit 🍪----

Mummyosborne1983 · 15/04/2017 22:10

Would be nice to keep November in the group name like others have put.
I'm on both groups as I wasn't sure whether we were merging or not but I noticed the chat about wanting to remain smaller. The other group don't seem to chat as much as this thread but they may have moved over to Facebook as they have created a group I think.
I'd rather wait until after my 12 week scan to go on Facebook- would anyone else be interested in a private and closed group or has one been created that I've missed? Xx

AGnu · 16/04/2017 02:44

StarStarStar New thread! StarStarStar

Mummy I think several of us would prefer to keep our group off Facebook for now. Not sure if/when I'd want to be part of a "real" group. With my last antenatal group we only moved to Facebook right before the babies were born so we could share photos. I think I would find it awkward discussing all the weird & wonderful things our bodies do during pregnancy if I could put faces to names! Of course, if anyone wants to start a group now anyone who wanted to could join in at a later date.

I won't be going to over to a FB group myself. However, if quite a few do then maybe that's the time to merge threads as both will be much quieter.

GingerHanna · 16/04/2017 06:23

So sorry to hear your news stuck and model. I hope you're able to take some time to look after yourself.

I have now added a new symptom to the list - constipation. Causing the most toxic of farts! Will be adding some physillam husk to breakfast today!

TeaAndPjs · 16/04/2017 07:44

mummy is be happy to join a private group once I have scan out the way and know everything is ok :)

butterybollocks · 16/04/2017 08:02

Model and stuckinstressville, so sorry Flowers thinking of you.

I am so cold most of the time, shivering and my teeth are chattering. It seems to be a sign of low blood sugar for me as it gets better if I eat.

I won't be going onto a fb group as prefer to stay anonymous, so will keep posting here Smile

Mummyosborne1983 · 16/04/2017 08:52

I did say I didn't want to join a Facebook group until I've had my scan. It wasn't like I was promoting doing it now. Both of my previous groups have migrated over to fbook from here and the thread has gone very quiet - which I suppose is a shame... but my son is 4 in August and we still chat on the fbook group now x

Foggymist · 16/04/2017 08:57

I got almost 12 hours sleep (excluding 2-3 toddler wake ups), that's the most sleep I've had in 2.5-3 years Shock Hopefully I'll feel a bit better now.

I won't be moving to fb, prefer the anonymity on forums and am already on a lot of breastfeeding/parenting groups on fb where I would never discuss pregnancy or weird symptoms.

Hazandduck · 16/04/2017 09:39

I was keeping an eye on the other board too but noticed they weren't as chatty as us lot!
I like the idea of a Novembery 12 week scan type name, too.
I will join a FB group further down the line if all is going well. Xx

Hopeful25 · 16/04/2017 10:20

I'm with others I like the idea of Facebook group but not sure I would be as honest to how my pregnancy going ( wind, constipation etc) if people could put my face and real name together with my woes :) xx

NiceCuppaTeaAndASitDown · 16/04/2017 10:25

I'm on the other groups Facebook page and would happily join another or keep things on here. They're quiet on the thread and the page at the moment though, I think most are waiting for a 12 week scan now as they're the early November ones so most are around 11 weeks now

lydiangel83 · 16/04/2017 19:32

I'm so sorry for those who have had losses and wish you all the best xxx

Has a new thread been started? Catching up on messages, happy to do whatever but agree with those that would prefer to keep forum over Facebook for now :)

Hopeful25 · 16/04/2017 20:22

Lydia scroll down to agnu's message at 2:44 today and click on the word thread which will take you to new thread xxx
