Mid-Late November due dates

AGnu · 13/03/2017 16:35

I see there's a thread for early November due dates but I can't see that anyone's started one for the later dates yet. Not sure yet if this one will stick around but if it does it'll be our DC3, due around the 18th.

Someone come chat to me?!

And good luck @AGnu! Forgot to tag you in my post below. Hope it all goes well

Foggymist · 13/04/2017 09:02

NiceCuppa 3 litres a day?! I'd say I definitely don't even drink 1!

butterybollocks · 13/04/2017 09:05

Morning all.
Flowers Harriet. The waiting must be so hard. Thinking of you.

I'm venturing to London on the train today for work. I have 3 packets of crisps in my bag which should last me until at least mid morning!
Got a bit of fresh air yesterday taking my little girl pony riding, was nice but I was in bed shortly after 8pm as I was so tired.

Hope everyone has a good day today. Hooray for the bank holiday weekend starting tomorrow!

TeaAndPjs · 13/04/2017 09:10

Harriet try not to worry, everything could still be ok! Ever since my MC I now ovulated later in the month (or I ovulated twice) I kept testing and got a positive around cd12 and again around cd19/20 so pits me out about a week from dates I got from LMP but remember how much grow g these wee things do at a quick rate inside us, it could be totally diff when you go back again! Fingers crossed!!

Hope everyone is well! I'm getting the horrible continuous thirst too!

harrietm87 · 13/04/2017 09:56

Thanks for all the kind messages - really appreciate it.

I've still got my pregnancy symptoms - including the insane thirst! Woke up twice in the night needing to wee and drink!

From everything I've read it could go either way, just have to wait and see. I will keep you all posted.

tmc14 · 13/04/2017 10:07

Keeping everything crossed for you Harriet Flowers

MrsC1982 · 13/04/2017 12:14

I hope they do need to do a test nicecuppa I've been dying for a pee since just after 11 but thought I should hold it... I'm now sat here in the quacks doing a little cross legged jiggle Grin

NoCatsHere · 13/04/2017 13:52

Fingers crossed for you Harriet. Waiting is torture.

The tiredness has got to me - I don't remember it with my other two, or maybe it's because I have two kids already that I feel more tired this time round! OH wants me to help with painting and other diy things as we finish off the house but I literally have no energy for it! Feel bad he's doing so much. Hope everyone has a nice Easter weekend. I'm still waiting for my 12 week scan date to come through, but think I can't bear the wait so will squeeze in a private one I think when I think I'm roughly 10 weeks.

prettygirlincrimsonrose · 13/04/2017 13:59

Can I join? I think I'm due 24th November, and what I thought was a light/less painful period, although over several days, was implantation bleeding (although I've got first appointment with midwife in a couple of weeks and if I'm wrong I'll head over to December group). BFP so very excited/terrified (and finding it hard to focus on work).

FluffyEwok · 13/04/2017 14:04

Hi pretty im 25th so might creep over to December! hope you're ok xx

prettygirlincrimsonrose · 13/04/2017 14:10

Seem to be so far. Thing that made me test (apart from lack of period) was feeling really faint suddenly at work (when standing in boss's office) and needing to ask to sit down. Otherwise very slight nausea, peeing more often and some cramping, but nothing really bad (tiredness and bloating are also fun side effects of other conditions I've got so didn't particularly think about them). How about you fluffy? Is this first pregnancy?

Foggymist · 13/04/2017 14:15

Welcome pretty!

Ok so I definitely feel worst in the afternoons, I need to eat about every 1.5-2 hours or I just feel crap. Urgh.

FluffyEwok · 13/04/2017 14:21

this is my first yes. I'm getting round ligament pain now and again. My nausea kicks in by the afternoon and I'm tired all day but symptom wise I'm not bad

lydiangel83 · 13/04/2017 15:28

@FluffyEwok @prettygirlincrimsonrose also 25th and also my first :)

lydiangel83 · 13/04/2017 15:28

@Foggymist also eating at least every hour!

AGnu · 13/04/2017 15:51

Welcome pretty!

I'm all booked in. Every other appt is booked, until a week after my due date! My arm hurts though - she's given me a rather colourful bruise! Just have to wait for a letter about a scan date now. I did ask if she had any sway over dates but apparently not. We fly when I'm 13+5 & I want to be able to tell DS1 as soon as possible so he's got time to process the concept before he has to deal with flying. Pretty sure he'll be excited but with his ASD we can never be completely sure how he'll react to things! I've already given him a "new baby" storybook to look at that "got stuck to the back of another book but he's welcome to look at that one too..." He talks excitedly about what he'd do if we had another apparently he'd save all the pocket money we haven't even started giving him to buy the baby a soft toy but how he'll react to it becoming a reality is uncertain! If the scan date is too close to when we fly I might call them & lie about when we're away so they'll see me sooner!

@foggymist late afternoon early evening is worst for me. Definitely having to eat every hour or so.

I'm so tired! People keep commenting on how tired I look too Hmm although someone did say I look like I've lost weight....That's definitely not how i feel! Have really struggled to concentrate in meetings today.

Foggymist · 13/04/2017 16:21

I don't want to weigh myself but my god my jeans are nearly struggling, I was really sick at this stage last time with a bug and ate very little, I didnt show for months and months. But at the rate I'm eating I'll be so obviously fat by 12 weeks it'll be impossible to hide. And I like to keep it quiet for as long as possible so that'll annoy me if it forces my hand!

butterybollocks · 13/04/2017 16:28

Same here foggymist, can't wait to get home today and unzip my jeans and take my bra off. Can't see how anyone could think I've lost weight! I've got a tiny little bump already but it's really low down. I'd say I'm about how I was at week 13-14 last time.
Also really don't want to tell anyone until after 12 weeks... Hoping for not brilliant weather so I can hide in baggy jumpers!

TeaAndPjs · 13/04/2017 17:11

I gave in this morning and put on my maternity jeans! Sooooooo much comfier

lydiangel83 · 13/04/2017 17:14

I just change in to joggers and hoodie as soon as I get home, ironic given I'm doing no exercise yet walk around in gym kit!

Foggymist · 13/04/2017 18:19

I'll have to get new maternity jeans, my lovely ones from last time stretched to accommodate my horrible swollen legs so would fall down if I wore them before about 34 weeks I'd say!

Topsyloulou · 13/04/2017 19:06

Just put my joggers & hoody on, the relief! I'm going to dig my maternity jeans out over the weekend. Hoping they're in the loft & not with one of my sister in laws as not ready to tell them yet. Really struggling with work as normally wear fitted skirts or dresses & cant get away with those now.

theotherendofthesockportal · 13/04/2017 19:08

I've put on my favourite comfort hoodie to do a spot of cleaning today. I was rather alarmed to discover my hoodie that is rather large is now nearly fitting around my middle. My best mate commented today that my tummy looked rather round and I looked pregnant.

user1489352197 · 13/04/2017 19:12

am also really struggling to hide it, those that know (not many people) keep helpfully telling me that I am really showing already - not what I needed to hear! I don't think I will make it to 12 weeks to tell my new boss... Shock

@stuckinny I have done hypno birthing with my first, and while in reality I didn't have time (or the focus!) to get the CD on and remember what I was going meant to be thinking! I did remember bits of it and it did help with breathing and staying calm, and making me feel that I was in control. I would do it again and I am a bit of a cynic about this sort of stuff Hmm Grin
