Mid-Late November due dates

I see there's a thread for early November due dates but I can't see that anyone's started one for the later dates yet. Not sure yet if this one will stick around but if it does it'll be our DC3, due around the 18th.

Someone come chat to me?!

Hope you're ok model & cuppa! Fx neither of your symptoms are anything serious. Pregnancy does ridiculous things to our bodies!

So I went to Mothercare yesterday for my yoga pants. Just grabbed a pair in my size & got out as quick as I could. Got home to realise they'd been put on the wrong size hanger. DH took them back & swapped them but when he got home I discovered they'd put 2 security tags on & only taken one off! That'll be trip #3 to get that taken off today!

Another thing I bought yesterday was travel sickness bands. They're helping with the nausea most of the time but not constantly. I'm definitely feeling a bit more human though so they might be something to consider if anyone else is struggling with nausea!

Baby died. I'll have to be referred to EPU for next steps as the sac is still intact.

Good luck to all of you.

theotherendofthesockportal · 15/04/2017 13:23

modelcat and stuck so sorry to hear this.

I'm still in limbo waiting to see if my dates were wrong or if I've had a mmc too. NHS scan isn't until next Monday so I've booked a private scan for Wednesday. The days are dragging.

Mummyagainmaybe · 15/04/2017 13:46

NoCatsHere · 15/04/2017 16:07

stuck and model I'm sorry to hear your news. I hope you have lots of tlc over the weekend. Best of luck for he future too.

I'm in the debating elcs camp too. It's nice to hear positive stories on it. I've had a emcs which was ok in terms of how those things pan out, then a Vancouver which was ok I thought up until the last half an hour when it was obvious something was not spotted earlier on and it all went tits up with ventouse and baby being born not breathing. He ended up in the scbu for 10 days too, so although all was well and I know I can't birth naturally I'm not sure if I want a third stressful birth? Might be nice to be in control for once although I still dream of a good natural birth which I know is crazy too!

NoCatsHere · 15/04/2017 16:08

Obviously not a Vancouver, a VBAC. Honestly autocorrect does mad things sometimes!

user1489352197 · 15/04/2017 16:30

So sorry to hear your news Model Sad Flowers sending lots of hugs x

I had two pretty eventful natural births - begged for a c-section but was refused... both DS's were big babies too! I would like another water birth if they let me (second birth), it was amazing compared to lying on a bed first time round.

I figure I might as well add to the same collection of scars rather than make a new one!

Hazandduck · 15/04/2017 17:38

I'm so sorry Stuck and Model. Thinking of you both. I hope you have lots of support at such a shitty time. Life is so unfair at times. Xx

TeaAndPjs · 15/04/2017 18:09

Foggymist · 15/04/2017 19:23

I'm so sorry model and stuck :( Flowers

Is anyone else freezing? All day every day I'm so cold, bundled in layers but never warm up.

Hazandduck · 15/04/2017 19:33

I am cold today Foggy but I thought it was just because of the weather lol!
I'm ten weeks today and starting to get that horrible panicky feeling, I have previously miscarried twice at 10+3 and I'm having tummy pains now. I wish I could just have a crystal ball and know if I will ever have a healthy baby/pregnancy. Ugh. Well any way, today I am still pregnant so that's all I can focus on. X

Foggymist · 15/04/2017 19:54

I've been cold for weeks. Hopefully this week will pass quickly for you hazandduck.

NiceCuppaTeaAndASitDown · 15/04/2017 19:57

I'm so sorry model and stuck. Thinking of you both.

@Mummyosborne1983, anaemia is possible as I've not had my bloods back, but I'm usually a very regular blood donor and have never had an iron level issue.

I've been so cold as well. We've got builders working on the house at the moment so half of it is a building site, and sometimes I feel like I'll never be warm again. Can't wait until they're done. It was actually pretty awful timing on our part but I never thought I'd feel this weak.

I have a private scan tomorrow so hopefully I'll see everything is ok. Googling too much about the fainting spells has made DH paranoid it's an ectopic pregnancy, even though I'm not showing any other signs.

Hazandduck · 15/04/2017 20:05

Oh nicecuppa that's horrible when you're feeling rotten to have strangers traipsing about the house! I really don't know what to suggest to help you either. I thought I was bad seeing stars yesterday after picking something up but it must be awful to actually be fainting :( Hopefully it passes soon.

Thanks Foggy! I do too. It is lucky it's been a bit chilly recently as it's given me an excuse to hide me big old baps and the fact I have my jeans undone half the time under baggy jumpers haha. Xx

Hazandduck · 15/04/2017 20:06

Ps tell DH to step away from Doctor Google, it always brings up the worst case scenario x

AGnu · 15/04/2017 20:23

I'm cold atm but that's mostly because cooking smells were making me queasy so I told DH to open the back door! Coldness doesn't seem to be one of my many issues, thankfully!

We're going to need a new thread before too long. Shall we stick with the current name & start numbering or shall we come up with something else so the other group can be the "official" November group? I think someone suggested we should be called "the biscuit munchers" a while ago...!
