largeginandtonic · 02/03/2007 17:48

Hello everyone

Glad you are ok LWATKINS must have been scary. Dont worry though, DS #4 tried to come out at 32 weeks but ended up being 2 weeks late! You never know.

Charleymouse am sending you lots of love, i really hope you manage to keep those babies in for a couple more weeks. Please do as the docs order, they do know what they are talking about. I was very dismissive when i had the twins and kept saying "oh it will be ok, i will just walk the dog and then rest later" etc... i should have sat on my behing and rested like they said and the twins may have stayed in for a little while longer. Hospital is really the only place you do that, at home you just get up and think it will be ok. It worked when i went in to prem labour with Hugs.

Mars > i didnt know you lurked.... your offer of being secret baby shower lady is lovely! Im in

Have been in the car most of today, all in a good cause though. I went to get some KK's...... a whole box 12. DH went in and got them and an extra choc topped, cream filled one for the car!!! Oh how i love them. We went to see DH sister in Godalming so it was not only for KK's, does that redeem me a bit???? DH sister told me i have put weight on my ass, nice huh? Cant wait till she gets prg.......

Am off for a bath now, SPD feels like i have been kicked in the crotch. Bloody hope it gets no worse i will be crippled.

KK anyone? Heeeeee heeeeee

lillaura · 02/03/2007 17:52

right thats it i cant stand it any more whats a kk???

Mrsjaffabiffa · 02/03/2007 17:53

No you don't have to leave us. BUT you are right YOU are not in the cool May baby gang now. You'll have to switch between to the the apr/May threads like AM does, although this one is obviously the best.

lg&t.................; You home yet!!!!!

Mark Owen, babe, he was just sooo dreamy in that. I used to have the video, but I never knew what happened to it. [hmmmmmmmmmmmmm]

Mrsjaffabiffa · 02/03/2007 17:54

Sorry cross posted lg&t.

largeginandtonic · 02/03/2007 17:54

aprilmeadow · 02/03/2007 18:20

I dont go on the April thread MrsJB. I am a true May07er. No chance that Ella will be early!

I think i still have a TT t-shirt in my wardrobe, didnt have the heart to part with it. MAybe i can wear it to the concert

Lilaura, huh not fair! But pleased that you have a date.

lillaura · 02/03/2007 18:30

why not fair AM??

Pebblemum · 02/03/2007 18:46

Evening all, justa quick post to say i always fancied Mark and Howard, never really liked Robbie back then but now i think hes great. He may not be the best looking bloke in the world but there is something about him.

Ive had a fun packed afternoon, I became the original nosey neighbour. We had 2 police cars, a police van, a police bike, forensics and a plain clothes bloke in the house on the corner as well as others coming and going. Apparantly they found a dead chinese man and lots of 'plants' in there but how true it is we dont know. It was the owner of the house who told us and we dont really like her so she may have been exagerating just to get us all at it but there is definately something going on. There are still people in there now. Funnily enough the chinese men only started to move in a couple of weeks ago and seemed really nice, apologising in advance for any noise they made at night while unpacking, they hadnt actually been living there but we thought that perhaps they were doing it up a bit first, now we wonder if they just renting it for their drugs factory lol. Its like being in our own episode of CSI except the forensics bloke wasnt anywhere near as nice as the men on there

LupinsBigLump · 02/03/2007 19:01

Just been on that store finder for KK went before but there was nothing round here - might have to venture there tomorrow = or AM and me might have to investigate on monday lol

Ohhh how exciting Pebble, keep us updated

What do you all think of the name Arlen, be truthful I wont be offended, dp really likes it

Lwatkins · 02/03/2007 19:06

Evening All

CM I know you wont see this but sending you HUGE good luck vibes for you and your scrummy babies.

On the topic of baby movements mine are strange in the sense that I hardly feel them. I thought I would have been getting pounded by now at 28 weeks but her movements are still very soft feeling. Haven't really had any that take my breath away or make me jump She's also quite a quiet baby compared to other people I have spoken to. But my mum said I was never very active which may explain why I'm such a lazy arse now.....

LL glad you got got date, you'll just be a cool april mummy now though, but please don't leave the thread!

LG&T glad your in KK heaven, by the sounds of it you need a bit of sugar and joy especially when spd is involved. I totally sympathise, when mine kicks in it cripples me and isn't pleasent. Though I must say I'm not a donut fan, more of a chocolate muffin girl Not a TT fan either, I'm gonna get kicked of this thread if I don't shut up aren't I!!!

Thread seems to have been very quiet today, does somebody know something I don't?!
Had lectures today that bored me to near death so went to sainburys and spent £75 on some lovely food for me and bean. All the crap that I also bought including muffins, ice cream, crisps and chocolate are all down to 'cravings' you see (ahem)

Lwatkins · 02/03/2007 19:12

Lupins - Is Arlen a boy's name or a girls name? Bit different but still not wacko sounding if that makes sense. Has the right balance. Not a name I'd pick but don't think it's a bad name by any means.

Lwatkins · 02/03/2007 19:14

Pebble Check you out - Lady with all the drama! Keep us all posted if you hear anything else

LupinsBigLump · 02/03/2007 19:36

LW its a boys name, im still not sure but dp likes it and as the only other one we like is oliver - but thats way too popular now - bear in mind my dd is called willow

Mrsjaffabiffa · 02/03/2007 19:41

Sorry AM, must have been confusing you with soemone else. Who is it then that floats back and forth?

I think you are very lucky LL. The sooner the better in my eyes.

Lwatkins · 02/03/2007 19:41

Oh Willow is a beautiful name, thumbs up for that one! Had a feeling it was a boys name but thought I'd better ask instead of being wrong.
Boys names are so hard to choose. Glad mines a girl as have found it much easier to try and choose names, I like Tyler for a boy and will probs use it if she turns out to be a he! Oliver is a fab name too, I like that! Whilst it may be becoming popular I think it's one of those names that has lots of character to it IYKWIM.

Mrsjaffabiffa · 02/03/2007 19:44

Do we know your girls name LW or are you keeping it a secret?

aprilmeadow · 02/03/2007 19:44

lilaura, not fair that you get to hold your bubba early

Lwatkins · 02/03/2007 19:46

Not a secret at all, just can't bloody decide! The 2 favs for girls at the mo are Charlotte (Lotte for short) and Isla. But it may change, whilst I think girls names are easier to put on a list, it's hard deciding on just one to have

LupinsBigLump · 02/03/2007 19:47

We would have had honey if it was a girl

Trying to locate KK's in the oracle and cant seem to find out on the oracle website grrr
