Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 48th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 47th grads thread is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 61st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread <a class="break-all" href="//onwww.mumsnet.com/Talk/postnatal_clubs/2588689-we-re-still-teething-trying-to-wean-and-our-babies-just-won-t-go-to-sleep-when-we-re-trying-to-js-for-another-one-it-s-just-mumming-no-11" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

I mean nova! Blush

SofiePendragon · 19/08/2017 18:41

Hugs fuzzy hope all is ok Flowers

My pillow arrived today too. I went for a theraline one in the end. Love it already. I'm a bit worried about space in the bed tonight, but it might offer some protection from being kicked by DD.

I have my 16 week appt with the midwife next week. It feels like ages since my scan so hoping she'll check for a heartbeat, and that everything is OK.

NovaArt3mis · 19/08/2017 19:04

All ok here just, still exhausted and headachy but nowhere near as unwell as I was in the first trimester. Counting down til next scan in two weeks. Your pills still working?

Someone was having a little wriggle party earlier but it's still very light and inconsistent.

They didn't listen for heartbeat at my 16 wk sadly sofie but I've heard so many nhs areas that do listen so I'll keep my fingers crossed you get to hear!

FuzzyOwl · 19/08/2017 21:41

Thanks and no more spotting and I feel ok. Genuinely think the stomach pain was constipation but it really hurt!

Hope the new pillows help with your sleep. I think I need to start using mine again. It is like an adult sleepyhead!

SofiePendragon · 19/08/2017 22:10

fuzzy I've had some really painful trapped wind this time round Blush - could you have that? I've found that putting myself into a kind of "downward dog" position (on knees and hands face down, with my bum up in the air) helps to shift it fastest. Oh the glamour!

FuzzyOwl · 20/08/2017 08:27

Thanks Sofie and I will try that position. I've had more bleeding today so am back to being worried again. Stupidly I decided against having a scan this Tuesday and it is booked in for the following week. Will have to see if it can be changed.

NovaArt3mis · 20/08/2017 09:29

How worrying for you fuzzy Sad Hopefully they'll be able to fit you in this week.

FuzzyOwl · 20/08/2017 11:17

Thanks Nova. How is your head today? I hope you are able to rest today.

NovaArt3mis · 20/08/2017 13:22

No headache today, so very pleased! At work sadly but I'm the only one in the office on a Sunday so it's nice and quiet for me to just get on with things.

TriJo · 20/08/2017 17:35

I seem to have acquired a cold from DS. Boo-urns. Total snotfest for a day trip to Birmingham for the athletics.

pretzelpieces · 21/08/2017 12:51

fuzzy hugs, everything tightly crossed for you. I hope they can scan you sooner and find all is well.

justtheonethen · 22/08/2017 07:30

fuzzy how are you?

FuzzyOwl · 22/08/2017 08:18

Thanks. I am ok thanks although I had a tiny bit of spotting again yesterday. I'm pretty sure my multi vitamins are making me feel ill so am going to go back to just folic acid and vitamin d for a while.

Hope everyone is doing ok today.

justtheonethen · 22/08/2017 08:38

I've stopped using multi vitamin too. I just bought boots b6 and folic and I think it's better.

FuzzyOwl · 22/08/2017 09:22

I agree with you just and think I'll stick with the same.

I'm spotting again today. Whilst this is horribly stressful the entire amount I've spotted since Friday (when it started) hasn't been as much as I would normally expect in my first wipe when AF is due and I am hopeful that a miscarriage wouldn't be so slow to start. Previously I have spotted for a day and then just bled, or not ever bled at all so this is all a new kind of stress.

justtheonethen · 22/08/2017 09:53

That sounds like torture. Can you get a scan? There are so many reasons for spotting and it doesn't necessarily mean the worst. Plenty of women have spotting throughout. Fucking terrifying though. Will keep everything tightly crossed including legs as I'm so not bothered about sex at the moment

FuzzyOwl · 22/08/2017 10:02

Thanks just and I have a scan booked at the EPU for early next week. If it gets worse, I will call. And thanks for keeping everything crossed - all of my limbs are as well!

pretzelpieces · 22/08/2017 19:53

GX fuzzy, not too much blood sounds positive. hand hold

FuzzyOwl · 22/08/2017 20:58

Thanks pretzel and much appreciated.

SofiePendragon · 22/08/2017 21:47

Fuzzy Keeping everything crossed it all settles down and scan next week is ok

Tri hope the snotfest is clearing

I know this might sound a bit weird but... has anyone else got really itchy feet? The soles of my feet have been really itchy for a few days - I'm literally waking up at night and clawing at my feet. It's fair to say my feet are not my best feature (dry and flaky), but I've never had anything like this before. Dr Google isn't helping and is suggesting scary things that could be wrong! I've been moisturising night and day but it's still so itchy. I have a midwife appointment tomorrow so will ask her about it, but any ideas Viroids?

FuzzyOwl · 22/08/2017 22:11

Thanks Sofie

Not wanting to worry you, but I would ask your midwife to run a blood test tomorrow to rule out a more unpleasant reason for the itchy feet, especially if the soles. Do the palms of your hands itch as well?

SofiePendragon · 22/08/2017 22:19

Palms are fine, it's literally just my feet! It's really annoying me though! I am planning to tell my midwife tomorrow. I've googled and know that it can be a sign of cholestasis, but 16 weeks seems very early for that and I don't have any other signs of it (certainly not jaundiced for example). Hopefully, midwife will be able to sort out a blood test to check things out though.

FuzzyOwl · 23/08/2017 07:33

Glad you are seeing your midwife today to get it checked out. Hopefully it is nothing and just an annoying itch.

I'm going to call the EPU today as I am still bleeding and it is a bit heavier now. Sad Gx for me.

justtheonethen · 23/08/2017 08:08

Everything crossed for you lovely fuzzy Flowers

FuzzyOwl · 23/08/2017 08:12

Thanks just.
