Bertie I have The Hunger too. I just cannot stop eating! I also just got really emotional watching the triathlon at work, had to take myself off for a little walk and have a word with myself

Ouch ouch ouch.

Just had minor dental procedure (pericoronitis treatment) without local anaesthetic (thanks foetus) and couldn't even get the good antibiotics because they're too strong during pregnancy. My mouth is agony.

On the plus side - I haven't been sick once today and have drunk about 3 litres of water! Wondering whether to cancel my doctor's appointment or not.

Edd 21/04 with baby #2. Dd is 19 months.

I'm around 5 weeks, I'm thinking closer to six though as I usually have very light bleeding/spotting before af starts and never bothering recording this on the period tracker I used. I'm feeling a bit emotional today but that might be because I have a toddler who WON'T EAT HER BLOODY DINNER!

Lucky you finova have a lovely time! It's my wedding anniversary today so we're going for a meal out, no sickness yet so I've been quite lucky, I seem to be constantly hungry though!

narancinita - glad to hear nausea has subsided today!

jpeg I am far from a medical expert but it sounds like it could be a ruptured ovarian cyst - in my experience this starts like period pain and quickly escalates to complete agony?

I am feeling so, so much more relaxed about this pregnancy than my first, but I still desperately want to get past the 12 week scan!

I'm in a vicious cycle of feeling hideous...

Wake up and feel nauseous ALL day
Don't fancy eating anything as the thought of eating turns my stomach
But can't not eat as it soothes my tummy for all of 5 minutes
Look forward to going to bed to get some rest
But have bad insomnia so wake up feeling shattered and even sicker than the day before

And so it starts all over again, a Groundhog Day filled with nausea & like I've been hit by a bus!

Hey,

I think I'm about 5 weeks going on the first day of last period measurement. When do you inform the surgery so that they can notify midwife. Shall I wait a few weeks? I didn't find out until half way through with my first so didn't go through any of this. It was a all a whistle stop tour. It's going to feel like the longest wait ever this time haha.
