Looks like I am the first one due 1st Feb but I tested very early as I felt weird and pregnant!

This is baby no 3 I have two DDs who are 2 and 3.

phoebe if you're worried I'd call the early pregnancy unit at your hospital as I think that's where 111 would refer you, although there may not be anything they can do on a Sunday. But a bit of spotting in early pregnancy can be entirely normal so don't assume the worst. I know someone who had light bleeding throughout their pregnancy and there was nothing wrong. I know it's really scary and I'd definitely keep an eye on it and call it it gets worse, but if it's just a small amount as a one-off it's probably fine.

PhoebeGeebee · 29/05/2016 10:46

Thanks guys - I called 111 and the OOH doctor called me back. Because it was only (at this stage) one instance of light spotting with no clots or cramping, he's told me just to take it easy and see how it goes.

Fingers crossed it's nothing, glad it's a Sunday so I can chill out (might have to hide my phone and stop googling)

wispaxmas · 29/05/2016 12:54

FX it's nothing, Phoebe! I know plenty of people who spotted on and off through the whole first trimester and had the same response from doctors- unless there's cramping it's probably nothing. Doesn't help the first try anxiety, though Confused

PhoebeGeebee · 29/05/2016 16:32

So I stupidly did another CB digi. Bought a two pack on Friday (despite saying I wouldn't) and got my 3+ sitting in the train station toilet at 5.30pm. All good.

But because of my spotting, decided to do another digi today. However, this was with pee that was practically water (I'm holding onto this hope) and it was back to 2-3 weeks again. The rational part of my brain knows that the result has changed due to the quality of the pee, but the irrational side is still going crazy.

No other spotting today, literally one wipe earlier with a few red spots and then zilch. My tummy feels a bit weird but I genuinely think that's gas! Sorry, this post is completely unnecessary but it just helps my whirring mind when I write this all down.

MissClarke86 · 29/05/2016 17:11

I'm out...just had a "Not pregnant" on a digi despite having a positive on weds.

Stupid body Sad

Readytosettle · 29/05/2016 17:31

Oh no Missclarke Sad Could it be a dodgy test/weak urine? How many dpo are you?

MissClarke86 · 29/05/2016 17:34

I don't think so unfortunately. I got my BFP on Weds (around 11dpo) and they've been getting fainter since then. Today I should be 15dpo.

With my last pregnancy (which ended in a later MC) I had really strong positives from the start.

wispaxmas · 29/05/2016 17:47

Sad I'm so sorry, Mrsclarke!

wispaxmas · 29/05/2016 17:50

Phoebe, step AWAY from the digis!! Your rationale sounds totally correct to me- don't do a CBD at a different time of day that close together, it's just a recipe for disaster!

Readytosettle · 29/05/2016 18:34

Sorry to hear that missclarke

PhoebeGeebee · 29/05/2016 18:37

I'm so sorry to hear that MissClarke - take care of yourself Flowers

Hi can I join? I think I'm due around 4th Feb although will be having a c section so may have the baby end of Jan!

This will be third baby, I have 2 children age 6 and 3. I've had 2 miscarriages, most recently last month. I was told to wait a month and have a period before starting to try again but I didn't Blush. It just felt so wrong actively trying to prevent a pregnancy when I was devastated that I was no longer pregnant!

Blueskies80 · 30/05/2016 09:57

Hi Cinderella
Welcome!
We are in a very similar boat, I had two MCs last year and have two dcs, age 3 and nearly 5. Feeling slightly petrified about three as our two are a bit of a handful but my eldest is getting easier now and youngest will be nearly 4 by due date (assuming all goes ok) hopefully it will be ok!

CinderellaFant · 30/05/2016 10:06

I'm a bit nervous about how I'll cope with 3 too- DH and I will be outnumbered! Wink DD will be 4 and DS will be almost 7. I'm worried how it will impact on our family life- at the minute DD and DS have very similar interests- both love the cinema etc however when new baby is 2 DS will be 9, DD will be 6 and I think it will make family day trips hard as the 9 year old won't want to do the same things as a 2 year old!

thecatsarecrazy · 30/05/2016 10:53

Can I join. Think I'm due roughly 5th of Feb. Will be 3rd after 2 boys 7 and 9. Feeling more nervous as the age gap and I'm 34 now. Surprised I fell as it would have been on day 9 of cycle and I thought that was far to early.

Kellz92 · 30/05/2016 11:21

Hey :)

I have just found out i am 4 weeks 1 day pregnant. Due 5th (using lmp) This is baby number 2, DD will be 4 at the end of january, she was actually due 5/2/13 lol

Just thought i would say hey!

Booked an appt for MW on the 30th June, so hope its a sticky

Good luck ladies and congratulations xx

SBSparkles · 30/05/2016 11:55

Hello everyone! I am currently 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. We had ivf to conceive so I feel very lucky to have gotten here but also really worried! Symptom wise I have really tender boobies and was quite tired but not as bad now. I also have the pulled muscle sensation in my tummy. Today I have been really emotional and ratty almost like bad pmt! I thought I'd be over the moon now (which I am in a way!) but mainly can't believe it and terrified of my first scan which is a week on Thursday! Xx

SBSparkles · 30/05/2016 11:55

Correction - two weeks on Thursday!!!

Kellz92 · 30/05/2016 13:04

Hey SBS - Its natural to worry. I didnt worry with DD but im petrified this time. Im sure your scan will be fine.
My symptoms are a bit of sickness, the same feelings as you in my tummy, emotional and sleepy!

Congratulations xx

wispaxmas · 30/05/2016 15:28

Heya Cinderella, thecatsarecrazy, Kellz, Sparkles!

I'm slowly getting more excited, but still scared as fuck.

Kellz92 · 30/05/2016 15:31

Hi Wispa im very scared! but excited too, booked my mw appointment for 30th June so hoping its a sticky one. x

SBSparkles · 30/05/2016 18:49
