Is anyone showing yet ????I am 5+2 weeks and I have a buldge already I work in s school so see lots of mummies one of my parents came up to me and said "your pregnant" I replied "no I'm just fat" she did not believe me and said "you better take a test your showing" ... I can see it myself and my partner can as well this is so early to be showing anyone else seeing a little bump?? Hmm

twocatsandatoddler · 09/06/2016 19:27

shadz I've got more than a little bump! It's just bloating this early on though, I had it last time as well but it's worse this time round. I'm just trying not to be too self-conscious as that will just draw attention to it, and hoping everyone just thinks I'm still a bit fat from last pregnancy!

Blueskies80 · 09/06/2016 19:50

I have to say someone asked my if I was pregnant yesterday too... Argh!
I think I'm bloated and my very limited stomach muscles are doing even less than normal... Am 6 plus 5 today

FriendlyGhost · 09/06/2016 19:59

I'm horribly bloated too. I remember last pregnancy at about 10 weeks having to undo my trousers in the middle of the day because they were so uncomfortable. I bloated so much during the day I couldn't do them up again so had to hold them up all train journey home. I got home and burst into tears because I had got so fat. Those trousers still don't fit me now but I don't care this time!

jodiebee664 · 09/06/2016 20:00

I can't believe people would be so cheeky to say that! :)

It will just be bloating though, bean is so tiny at this stage.

Ginger06 · 09/06/2016 20:01

Same here I'm 6+2 and bloated have a little tummy Halo

Masweetpea1 · 09/06/2016 20:08

shadz I'm 4+4 and i thought i was just bloated, my jeans are getting tight. I do hope i don't show too early as I'm returning to work on 4 July after a year on maternity......! I'll be 8 weeks when i return so a bit early still to be telling people!!

HighHopes16 · 09/06/2016 20:22

I feel really bloated too. I wore tights to work yesterday and felt them cutting into my stomach all day, was such a relief when I took them off at the end of the day!!

SBSparkles · 09/06/2016 20:29

I also have a very bloated tummy but I think it's fat! I did put weight on over the past few months. I don't want to hold my tummy in though so wearing floaty dresses and leggings! Apparently when you are pregnant your digestive system slows down which is why you bloat and get farty! (Apparently!!)

Readytosettle · 09/06/2016 20:29

OMG- I wouldn't dare ask someone unless they looked at least 6 months preggers! Before that it's just too risky. I'm looking pretty big, I'm pretty sure one of my colleagues (who knows #2 was on the cards) already suspects, but she's being very decent and keeping schtum. I'm the fattest I've been for some time. Just need to make it 2 more weeks until my scan.

I've got that annoying ligament type pain in the right side of my womb today. Still pretty sick too :-(

SkyLucy · 09/06/2016 20:34

Shadz I can't believe someone dared say that to you! That's unforgivably rude. Hope you're okay jodie.

PhoebeGeebee · 09/06/2016 20:46

I'm unbelievably bloated today and like a friggin whoopie cushion every time I eat something. Had to hide in the loos today just to fart.

Luckily (can't believe I'm saying this) I hold my weight round my middle so have a wee belly anyway, I reckon that'll tide me over til 12 weeks!

gumbootsandjandals · 09/06/2016 21:13

I got really bloated first pg. Second, not so much. This time feel slightly bloated.

shadz I hope you properly knew the parent and she wasn't just a random?

SkyLucy · 09/06/2016 21:15

I'm the same phoebe! Always hated the fact that despite being slim I have a belly....now it's going to come in handy! Got a vast selection of floaty tops already too...sorted!

Blueskies80 · 09/06/2016 21:29

That's my issue too, classic Apple shape so always got a belly on me!

Am hoping to hide to all at school and work for at least another 6 weeks... Hope it's doable!

GinIsIn · 09/06/2016 22:01

I feel enormous today. Have had to unzip my jeans and am only 5+1. Oh god I'm going to be a HOUSE!

Masweetpea1 · 09/06/2016 22:15

Omg, my father in law has just asked us when we're going to have our second (they're visiting for the weekend for our dd's 1st birthday !). He said this whilst looking at my stomach. I was wearing a maxi dress that obviously is showing my tummy more than i thought it was. Blush my husband was really angry and said he shouldn't ask things like that!!!

shadz · 09/06/2016 22:19

Gumboots it was a random parent that I have hardly spoken too Envy

Kellz92 · 10/06/2016 01:17

I'm really bloated to the point my tummy looks a wee bit bump like, I am larger and didn't expect to show early with Dd but I started showing about 10/11 weeks. Read you can show a wee bit earlier with second, third etc. But definitely bloating for me but it's here. X

McBaby · 10/06/2016 02:51

Very bloated and i cant do my shorts up by the evening only 6+3 but it is no 3. We are on holiday so I don't have many alternative clothes and it's so hot! But at least it doesn't matter if I look pregnant!

Still freaking out I don't have morning sickness yet as I had it so badly the last 2 times!

HighHopes16 · 10/06/2016 06:58

I'm a pear shape so normally have a flat(ish) stomach so my bloating is really obvious in tight clothes at the moment !

MarjorySunshineDust · 10/06/2016 07:33

I'm soooo bloated as well, have been grateful for the hot weather so I can wear floaty dresses and not be cut in half by my jeans! I'm 5+5 today.

I can't believe people are commenting on whether you ladies are pregnant already! Outrageous.

Spoke to my gp yesterday and I'm going to start reducing my ad meds today before stopping completely in 2 weeks. I'm a bit scared, I was fine last pregnancy and am stable at the moment but had awful pnd last time and had to go back on them. We shall see.

wispaxmas · 10/06/2016 08:03

Happy first birthday to your DD, masweetpea GrinGrinGrin

Marjory, good luck with reducing your meds. I'm sure they'll be there to offer you more support if the times comes, knowing your history. Plus, you can always confide in the Internet weirdos on here, we tend to be good listeners.

Masweetpea1 · 10/06/2016 08:13

Thanks wispa, the celebrations started early with me sitting on the end of the bed trying not to throw up!! Wink

HighHopes16 · 10/06/2016 09:23

Morning all, I feel dreadful today! full of cold & a temperature- went to the docs on my way to work & they said I can only take paracetamol so I'm sat at my desk coughing & sneezing. So glad its the weekend tomorrow!
