Feeling constantly 'full' and nauseous but no sore breasts! 12 week scan booked in for 23/5 so a bit of a long wait...very anxious at the moment! Tired too!! Hi peanutbutter, awesome scan!

You're a few weeks ahead of me, worth waiting a bit I think to see heart beating! My DH has somehow convinced me there's more than one in there (found out at the wknd there are lots of twins in his family!) while I'm freaking that i haven't many symptoms compared to you guys!

Where did you get it done?

Is anyone else vomiting out of the blue with no nausea? Last week I felt icky and food averse all week with small waves of nausea thrown in but the last three days I have generally felt a bit better, still a little food averse but nothing major and no nausea... And then literally out of the blue I will vomit! I was sat on the sofa just then, wondering what I fancied for tea (the first time in really fancied particular food in days!) and worrying about how well i felt today.. No nausea, not tired... Amazingly normal, actually worried about how normal. And then I went to the loo and bent down to pick something off the floor and suddenly vomited with no warning, no nausea just that "oh crap I'm going to be sick" and there it is. No complaining because although it's awful I'd rather actually be sick than feel that dreadful sick nausea feeling all the time. But worried I'm just going to spew on a patient or mid appointment/conversation! X

Sunny I prefer the being sick occasionally vs constantly feeling awful too. Do the nhs not offer the 12 week scan anymore then? Or is it different depending on location?

southdownsunshine I think just due to cuts and cost saving as apparently Northwick Park also doesn't do them?! If I don't get a 12 week I'm thinking to go and get the full harmony test and scan package in Harley street, it's not cheap though!

Anyone else absolutely pooped today? Ive only just found the energy to move from the sofa to start cooking dinner xx

Jojo you might be lucky as twins are more common on the maternal side. I think it would be lovely to have twins but hard work, we too have them in the family.
Many women have awful nausea and sickness with twins.
That's not saying it isn't possible. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long to find out?
Does anyone else suspect twins?

Anewleaf I had my first DC at Calderdale as I had to be induced. The room in the delivery ward was nice and it's a nice hospital. Unfortunately I had a post partum haemmorage (sp) so had to stay in a couple of nights on the ward with 4 people to a room which was grim. Tbf i'd have found that situation grim anywhere. No doubt I'll be back at Calderdale this time because of the pph complications I had first time around but hopefully I can be in the birth Centre rather than about ward.

I've been reading the feed but this is my first time posting (ever) and it's taken a lot to register and work out how!
I'm 7+5 with first DC and very excited but feel time is going very slowly.....EDD 7/12
Symptoms seem to have eased off slightly but still exhausted all the time and find I feel better when I don't eat.
Anyone else in east Herts?

I have a little suspect of twins as there are some on my mothers side

dp and I both have twins in our families, his auntie has twin boys & my dad's also a twin. I'm sure I'm only cooking one, if it was two that would be 6 dc's for us
my face is breaking out in so many spots and my hairs falling out loads (but it's still so thick it needs a trim every 3 weeks!) when does the 'pregnancy glow' happen again?!

Well today's been crap, boobs are so sore and tender it hurts to walk and I feel like crying. Had a couple of cramps todsy which was good haven't had any since before I found out. No nausea or sickness as of yet in sort of hoping at the end of this week il have something as apart from feeling the need to tell everyone to fuck off and being tired I'm feeling useless and not pregnant haha!

No sickness (yet) here which is usually a bad sign at the turnip residence, and our previous MC history. I am knackered though and can barely stay awake past 6.30 - tonight I'm aiming to stay up til 9pm just to prove I can.

I felt OK for most of yesterday but nausea back with a vengeance today. Threw up this evening upon smelling my tea (inoffensive veggie hotdogs!). I just want to cry tempted to phone in sick tomorrow and try and get a doctor's appointment. Are they likely to give me anything for the sickness? If only it weren't constant
