I thought I'd start a new thread now we'be reached 1,000 posts on the last one!

Hi all, checking in at 7+5, #2 due 20th oct. Treating myself to early scan next week and booking appt is the week after. Idea of scan making me more nervous but I need motivation to survive the all day nausea. Hope the day picks up for those feeling rough.

Hi all - checking in, due #2 27 Oct, 7 weeks today.

Whoever mentioned about nosebleeds, I've been getting them too. Other than that I'm fairly lucky with symptoms - just a bit of nausea and queasiness, headaches and sore boobs.

It feels like a long time until scan at 12 weeks - I've met the midwife (same one as with DS) and filled in all the forms, but no scan appointment yet. I'm hoping it will be in the Easter holidays, as DH is a teacher and I'd like for him to be able to come.

9 weeks plus 4 due 6th oct I think. Morning sickness and heartburn eased, unbelievably tired, very cranky.just want sleep, work 8 - 6, it's a killer. Still not heard a sausage from the midwife re booking in or scan :( no cravings but once I get an idea of a food in my head I need it straight away! This is my 4th child and I can't believe how slow this is going. I feel so heavy in my abdomen, walking actually hurts like im7 months gone. Keep thinking about twins as I can feel my uterus already and my early symptoms were so severe. That would be crazy!

Clank I'm on number four too and also feel heavy in the abdomen and several months gone!

I'm going to see if midwife will have a feel of my stomach although I know this can be inaccurate from person exp

I've had a missed call from my docs this morning on the way into work. Reception have no idea who called or why. They've booked me in for a call back, but fuck knows when that will be.

I had my booking in appointment last week, so it has to be related to that. I am absolutely panicking and really struggling not to be sat at my desk crying.

Has anyone else had contact a week after their booking appointment? I was told not to expect anything so I really don't know what it is, so can only imagine it's bad.

Could it be a scan date? Or your bloods night need redoing?

Or they want you to have a flu shot?

Could be related to blood results perhaps? Or if you flagged up as higher risk on any other billion questions they ask, eg. mood, smoking, support etc. FC all ok when you do hear back.

Schnitzel nose bleeds, bloaty belly and a substantial increase in size of the dairy section are the only symptoms I've been having! I had nosebleeds when I was pregnant with DD aswell not as bad this time round though. I had my first real "drippy" nosebleed this morning, but before that it's just been (sorry if TMI) blowing my nose and having bright red snot and bloody boogers

I've had my flu shot so definitely not that, must be something to do with bloods I guess. Just really frustrating to leave no message and no way of anyone else finding out what the call was about. They must know it would freak me out, surely?!

Apparently someone will call within 2hrs.

10 +1 today, nausea has definitely eased some what, so thats good.
I also heard the baby's heart beat for the first time on Friday at 9+4 and again on sat, although it was quite hard to find, and tried again this morning and it was much easier to find so feeling reassured by that in the absence of a scan yet. I can't wait for the 12 week scan though, especially as I already look pretty pregnant and people will just think I am getting really fat!

Water infection. Nothing serious, but they need to treat it. Bloods etc all fine. Just an unnecessarily worrying way to tell me that!!

That's good news irregular! Least they called back quickly!

Status: 7 weeks today

Got an early scan next tue at 8 weeks. Very few symptoms here so being quite pessimistic about it all which is why I'm not joining in too much here or on fb. Hopefully all will be well and I'll relax a bit.

ditsy - have you got a doppler? I made the mistake of getting one and have heard HB once - Friday (at 9w5d) but nothing since then - I stopped using it Sunday as I was making myself sore - Has put a bit of the fear into me, as I could find my own heartbeat (and I think, the placenta), but my GP told me to basically, stop being a fanny . DP wants to throw it away.

10w+2 - nausea still there, tiredness and foggy headness but I think this is largely due to lack of exercise (or ability to do so). Going to try and have some lunch in a bit and then walk my Mum's dogs.

Forgot to say, GP signed me off work today until next Tues. Not sleeping AT ALL, insomina + 1-2 times weeing in night = NO SLEEP. Not helping anxiety either. I wish I had a homemade scanning machine

Afternoon all, how's it going?

Age - 32
EDD- #1 due 31 Oct
Status - 6 + 1

I woke up this morning feeling weirdly, distinctly, un-pregnant. I don't really know how to explain it, but I'm hoping I just imagined it. I'm knackered and my nipples are still quite sore, so I'm hoping that's a good sign. No sickness as yet, I felt a bit queasy this morning but I don't know if that was just anxiety.

Going for an internal scan on Monday, will be 7 weeks. Had one at 5 weeks, as well as bloods to check iron etc, urine tests and a test of the PH level in my lady parts - all looked good then, so I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping we'll see a little flickering heartbeat. Wish me luck!

You could have an anterior placenta missy which would mean it would be easy to hear your own heartbeat but difficult to hear the baby's.

Had pretty much no symptoms apart from having to pee a lot in the first few weeks and now bloating and massive boobs! Got my scan next Tuesday and am counting down the days!

Clank I have the same thing with food too - by the time I have bought / defrosted what I fancy I have moved on to something else!
