Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 46th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 45th grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 59th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates. I really hope that worked!

corgi try not to worry, I know that must be impossible. Friend of mine had the same and her gp told her that as the cervix is softer in pregnancy you can bleed after sex. That plus extra blood flow to the area can mean sex can damage the blood vessels but it's nothing to worry about usually.
My friend has a very healthy baby so it's not always a sign of something dire. Have you any cramping?

Get checked out to reassure yourself, tell midwife and get an early scan for reassurance.

Got everything crossed including legs as no point opening them for you Thanks

corgi88 · 02/04/2016 19:32

thanks just you sweetpea. hahaha I did laugh at your last comment! have a good night out with your lippy on! will report back tomorrow. at least if it's a mc i can have gin again

SockQueen · 02/04/2016 19:52

It's not uncommon to have a bit of bleeding though I completely get why the timing must be freaking you out! Hopefully the mw can get you an early scan and put your mind at rest.

FuzzyOwl · 02/04/2016 19:52

Corgi I think spotting and cramping after sex is normally harmless and fairly common. Legs crossed here for you as well! Smile

justtheonethen · 02/04/2016 19:57

Well if I made you laugh I have achieved something today! I also have a sparkly sequinned blazer on, can't decide if I look like a rock chick or a middle aged woman Grin

Take it easy tonight, maybe less rough shagging next time? Wink

Seriously though, don't stress out, has it stopped?

corgi88 · 02/04/2016 19:59

i bet you do look like a rock chick just! you are super glam! thanks fuzzy and sock for the calming words. Spotting still going and still cramping a little. I'll try not to reach for the gin bottle just yet...

FuzzyOwl · 02/04/2016 20:11

You definitely sound rock chick just! Hope you are off out to have a great evening with your blazer.

I am sure those with more medical knowledge will be along soon corgi but I had a little Google and loads came up for spotting/cramping after sex so it really is even more common than I thought not that I would know as ttc exhausted me

ChatEnOeuf · 02/04/2016 21:05

Corgi - new egg, new sperm, new pregnancy. It's likely just a tiny bit of trauma. Side note - shagging? Bravo lady, I've had my legs crossed since I POmy firstS.

Peenut · 03/04/2016 09:17

Don't worry corgi, I had bleeding during first tri and a bit in the second, MWs always asked me if I'd done the deed as it can cause harmless bleeding. (Was mostly going for a poo that caused it with me, due to low lying placenta! TMI)

Hope Tri had a good night in her own bed with mini Tri Flowers his is adorabubble.

Eeek! Fuzzy is right, after all this march madness the next cluster of babies involves me giving birth in July. Holy crap! The third trimester starts today, how did that happen?

Wise words Disco and very reassuring to hear your DH was fine in the other side of a baby appearing. DHs MAN CRISIS is very stressful but at least he does tell me stuff. Some if it's hard to hear though and I think ties in with this weird expectation/reality gap that seems to happen with lots of pregnancy stuff. It's weird to think I was so upset earlier in the week, DH is being much more normal and even joking about the MAN CRISIS.

Hmm I expect there will be more upset to come but I think I need to not let his panic make me panic. the big panic-monger.

Mermaid36 · 03/04/2016 09:33

pee argh! I only have 12wks at the most left! Terrifying! Shock

lildottie · 03/04/2016 09:35

corgi hope the spotting has stopped now. Maybe no more shagging for a bit. I wasn't allowed to until after 12week scan like that stopped us! try not to worry until there is something to worry about. Hope you can get a scan.

just hope you had a good night out. U deserve all the gin/wine etc

Just looked at stats....omg how did I get so high up the list. I'm the only June one :)

Mermaid36 · 03/04/2016 09:46

lil I'll probably end up delivering in June at 36wks...need to start asking my consultant what her plans for the twins are!

Canters15 · 03/04/2016 10:02

corgi you poor love, I hope everything's settled down today. Definitely get a scan asap- can you phone epu?

mermaid do you get offered a c section with twins?

I don't think I've ever had thyroid antibodies tested....but I doubt I have an autoimmune hypothyroidism. It's more that I am concerned that things never quite went back to normal post meds. I do think I am being a little paranoid but I want to do everything in my power to make sure the pregnancy is OK.

Mermaid36 · 03/04/2016 10:07

canters if I make it to 36wks without any issues, it will all depend on the presentation of the lead twin - if she is head down, I can try for a VB through induction. If the lead twin is in any other position, or the Dr's aren't happy about anything, it's an ELCS.

YogaPants · 03/04/2016 11:14

Corgi I hope the bleeding settles down and it was just caused by your shagging efforts.

Lil, Mer and Pee as you are all after me, I'm the one who should really be getting my act into gear (although the there a are still a handful of viroids ahead of me too).

Have all the newbies been added to the stats list? Our numbers are looking small on there. I can edit it today if people want to post them on thread.

lildottie · 03/04/2016 12:18

We need a new thread, 8posts left. I can't do as don't have my laptop.

mer yay for a June buddy! Hoping I don't slip into late May as I'm working until end of May, but also want to go into labour on my own between 37-39 weeks to avoid induction! Not at all fussy.

Canter's panic/worry is the norm from here on out my love x

Just been to asda to get my 72pack of pampers for £6 and also got my nappy bin and in ear thermometer at a bargain price. Picked up some Johnsons bath stuff on half price and got my bio oil £3 cheaper than Amazon. Feeling very pleased with myself!

ChatEnOeuf · 03/04/2016 19:54

Good bargain hunting there, Lil. Don't bother using the in-ear thermometer for a while though, it's only useful once their ear canals are big enough :)

I don't think I'm on the stats list, but I'm a superstitious soul. Ditto goes for Fred-making, sorry.

corgi88 · 03/04/2016 20:01

I'm the same as you chat, feeling too jittery currently. Spotted a bit this am but none really since, though feel like am starting to cramp a bit more. Scan at EPAU at 8am tomorrow. Still had to go through all of the booking appointment stuff today though - am massive pessimist but couldn't help thinking "what's the point of all this if I'm told there's no heartbeat tomorrow?" sigh. sorry for whingeing on ladies!

FuzzyOwl · 03/04/2016 20:04

That was what I thought corgi about the booking appointment. I am still really cramps as well and was for ages with dd as well.

Ok, I will have a go at starting a new fred, but no guarantees...

lildottie · 03/04/2016 20:48

ditto chat but I am without laptop too

corgi drink more water, it may help the cramps. But don't panic if it helps them though iyswim! Hope you get good news tomorrow am.

FuzzyOwl · 03/04/2016 20:56

After digging out my laptop and convincing it to slowly work, I then had to put an overtired DD to bed and try to figure out why the laptop still wouldn't work. After The Rage had finally simmered, he admitted he had turned the wifi off Angry (quite why, I have no idea) and is now sat eating MY BISCUITS! AngryAngry I think someone else will have to do the new fred after all.

ChatEnOeuf · 03/04/2016 22:00

Good luck for the morning, Corgi.

Scan booked for 13th, booking in two weeks later - cutting it fine to get a 12w scan organised not least the consultant appt that I'll be needing. In all honesty, I'll probably be arranging my own appts - my consultant works on both sides of town, I work one side and will deliver the other.

KateBeckett · 04/04/2016 08:56

I don't know how to link, and don't trust the reception in rural France, but no one had made a thread, so I did it... www.mumsnet.com/Talk/antenatal_clubs/2606613-March-MADNESS-is-over-weve-had-a-flurry-of-lovely-little-squishes-With-mad-miroids-and-accidental-graduating-we-have-our-gx-for-super-scans-and-easy-third-trimesters-Its-the-47th-JS-GRADS-Thread?watched=1

Sorry for no linkies!!

fruitlovingmonkey · 04/04/2016 09:05

Oh bugger, I did one too! Took me a while to do the links so I didn't see this. Now we have two homes! Here
